Been dealing with these characters for three years now really haven't dome a lot for me rude on the phone and email paid for them to take my chase and still they can't give me a answer about missing payments from a debtor to top it all off they gave a wrong figure to the courts so looks like I'm losing out on£300 can't appeal to court because time limits run out I had to phone them to find this out.STAY CLEAR0

It's the agency of choice when you want to hound those non-payers.0

we are having the same problem with two cases.
One of them is paying but we cant get a statement/balance sheet and always chasing.
The other been going for about 3 years and all we seem to do is pay them more money and nothing happens.
Has anyone found a good company to deal with.0 -

Why not ask in an appropriate forum? This isn't one.0 -
You have been warned. They strung me along for months and kept asking for more money. I received no funds for a CCJ they were supposed to be collecting for me. In the end I found out that I knew more about collecting money than they did. They insisted on money upfront and at the end they wanted a fee of £100 which I paid to do a property search which costs £3.50, which I told them I could do myself. They just ignored all requests to refund my money. I didn't feel like fighting with them as well. I paid them close to £500 for absolutely nothing.0

Well thanks for reminded me of my (criminally non-thanked) pun.0

Avoid like the plague. I hired them to collect a debt which they failed to collect. They then decided to invoice me for a percentage of some other payments made by the same client which were nothing to do with tthe debt, and took me to court instead of my client when i refused. The judge told them to stop being silly today. It's a shame they have been doing this kind of thing for so many years, but it's pleasing to have made them drive up and down 200 miles through the road works on the m6 a few times

I have been chasing money owed to me and considered using Jack Russell as they have an office near me. After reading the above I dont think I will. Has anyone got any idea who to use that will do what they say they will.
