Jack Russell debt collection agency

  • Report it to the Trading Standard. They govern these kind of agencies. A close acquitance made a complaint before to the Trading Standard and the company received proper sanctions. Good luck.

I am now waiting with bated breath for a first time poster to post that they have used this debt collecting agency, and they are the best thing since sliced bread.:D

Sliced bread is rubbish, like something else mentioned on this thread... lol :P

Right then, Jack Russell. I challenge you. I'm not chasing you as I already know it's a waste of time. But if you are who you say you are, then PM me and we can check what details you have for me, you can send me the cheque, and IF it arrives and IF it doesn't bounce, I'll come back on this thread and update it. Otherwise, everything I've said stands.

BTW, I love JackTyler's response and dacouch's. Spot on.
  • Well, we all wait with breath that is bated. I do wonder if they will actually do anything?

It is true, why would you reply and bring this thread back up to the top?

How strange that someone awaiting money hasnt heard ANYTHING by phone and that both other methods of contact failed. I am sure that this is not a one off.

I find it ironic that the only way you get a reply from them is when its splashed all over the first page of a Google search should anyone wish to look into their company ;)

Yes, funnily enough they've been terribly keen to tell me how they're going to pay me. Nothing in the bank account yet though.

I think that this is a very good idea and the next advisable step for anyone STILL waiting for money from them.

I did actually start with the whole trading standards thing but found it very hard to even work out where to start on their website. They don't make it easy for you to report people.

I would recommend telephoning your local council....

Here in Kent we have to phone Kent County Council to make a report to trading standards.

Last time I had to phone them, the report was taken over the telephone and they wrote to me to confirm the details before they started investigating
