TV arent interested - it has been tried several times, freecycle may be worth a go, thanks.0

Well, so far Inra's group has very nearly 300 members and he has about 280 friends - so lots of new people are now aware of him which is great. (However, please do continue to pass it on to anyone you know in the area)
We can also post upates on there, like the map and we now have a downloadable poster, online at http://www.geocities.com/chunkykitkat/inraposterdownload.pdf
There are links to it on facebook too-

Anyway, thanks for your great idea RacyRed and for setting it up - who knows, it may just be a facebooker who next spots Inra...0 -
Have there been any sightings of him since December FC?“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

there has been an unconfirmed sighting of him by a farmer about three miles away from ambergate... could well be him, he put food out which went for a few nights, but the whatever was eating it appears to have moved on now...0

I can't begin to imagine the pain and abuse this poor dog must have suffered to make him distrust humans so much. It makes my heart ache to think of him out there all alone and not being able to take care of himself
I wish there was more we could do.....“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I know - if there is one consolation it is that it appears he is tougher than we initially thought... survival is such a strong instinct.0

Do we know what he was like and how he responded to people whilst in the RSPCA kennels? How long was he there before he was re-homed? How long was he with his new family before he ran away?
Sorry for all the Q's, just trying to understand a little of what might have been going through his head when he went.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
He was abused and kept in a shed (with another dog believed to be his brother) by his first owners, reported as a cruelty case, went into the RSPCA scared and half bald, generally a timid dog, but nice temprement.
He was there 6 months, rehomed to someone on the outskirts of Derby who he got away from after 4 days and has been roaming ever since.0 -
Can I suggest we change the name of the group? Maybe to 'help find Indra, the poor lost dog?'
Ive invited some friends and a lot said they have just turned the invite down as they didnt really know what it was.
Also is there an easier way to invite all my friends? Other than individually clicking on them?Green and White Barmy Army!0 -

ok, well I am a facebook novice, but how about circulating a link to Inra's group (which they can access without joining to see what it is)
Here is the link:

Maybe you can do this via the 'share link' option?
I am not sure how it all works - maybe racyred will be along later - she is our facebook advisor!!0
