I had some posted through the door of the shop where I work too (a couple of doors down from a WOolies). Not quite sure why, although I do kind of know one of the ladies there, so perhaps it was her, if so it was very nice of her! Just a note on how this works. I went into my local woolies today (note they had copies of the voucher printed out by the till but i took my own which they accepted). It doesn't take 20% off your final total, this is how it worked on my purchase (items as an example).
Box of Chocs £3 - took 20% off
Box of Chocs £4 - took 20% off
Box of chocs £ 5 - free on 3 for 2 offer.
So if your clever and have items of different value always ensure that the most expensive goes through as the 3rd item as this is the item that will be deducted from your total.
I got £29 worth of chocs for £16!!!!A home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -
Just got back from Big W at Beckton and got £81 worth of xmas presents for £48 !! took advantage of the Ladybird buy 2 get 1 free offers so all the kids in family have got PJ's :xmassmile
Had printed out voucher in hand and till assistant just said oh you have a voucher she pressed something on till and it was automatically taking discount off, i felt mean when reduced hat went thru at £1 instead of 50p and i had the cheek to question it hahaha
Thank you xx0 -
