I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

I think I can reassure you regarding the form filling for fixed term accounts. Our forms arrived today. You're just required to add your personal details, account numbers and signatures. It comes with a reply paid envelope to be returned to an address in Darlington. If only filling in one's annual Income Tax return was that simple !

Post just arrived with the compensation claim form, so filled it in and off to the post box once I have finished my coffee. Letter was dated 12th December but cannot believe it was posted then.

I tried to log in to my icesave account but it won't let me in now. Says my details are incorrect. Anyone else getting this?

I didn't have a bond, but on the Claim Confirmation page at the end of my claim for ISA funds was this:

"If you have completed your instructions to receive compensation in respect of all your accounts, please log out. Please note that once you have logged out you will no longer be able to access your Icesave account. Therefore, if you wish to keep a record of this FSCS claim confirmation please print for your records."

    • Got my form today, and it is different from the form posted on the forum.
    • This one doesn't have a box asking if you want to be paid instantly or wait for maturity.

Did you log in to the website and choose to wait until maturity for your fixed rate account.

Thats what I did and I got the form with no option of being paid instantly or waiting until maturity because I'd already chosen to wait until maturity.
