can you pay with points on .com
no, but if you want an item that you can get only on .com (or even a mix of store and .com items) you can go into the store (usually at photo counter) and order from .com (have the product codes to hand to make it easier for the poor loves) and then pay with points. hth

Placed 2 orders last Thurs and Delivery was quoted for Wed 26th, however one arrived on saturday and the other today, so was happy.

Have to say box 2nd order came in was massive for the amount of stuff in it, also had a freebie I was not expecting Hackett post shave balm, wondered if they sometimes randomly send a freebie, or is it more likely a packing mistake. Oh well have passed onto other half as shaving rash not a big problem for me (thank goodness).

Also placed 3rd order a day later, had order accepted but no dispatched notice as yet, this happened very quickly with other 2 orders, it is listed under my orders online as being processed, should i worry ? or was i just super lucky with the earlier orders processing so quickly.

Really hope 3rd order okay as this one contains my treat of an elle bag, would be just my luck that this one goes awry !

Hi Tiggerlilly, my last Boots order came 36 hours after I ordered it.
    Well done Mr Boots:T :T

The delivery man (Old friend now :p ) said that the warehouse is overflowing so they are getting the orders out as fast as they can. So if anyone is thinking of ordering for next day delivery, save your money and go for the free delivery

Bought some Gorgeous Feet Overnight Rescue Moisturiser & Socks - reduced from £6.49 to £2.99 on the regular shelves (in health section with other foot stuff).

Ohh BlueCow this was down to £1.49 in one of the Bristol shops a week or so back, I picked up 2 of them and some of the minis for 37p each!!!! Isn't it strange how Boots price clearance items at all different prices around the country. Some people have had the Nivea creams reduced to £4 whereas iin Bristol they were still at £8 even though they were in the clearance section. I haven't tried the cream yet as was going to give it as gifts-thining of keeping one for myself now though!!!

    Hi, everyone,

I need some help. My mom's doctor has told her to stop dying her hair  as a precaution against illnesses and stop using shampoos and toiletries that have parabens, petrochemicals and sulfates.

I know there is the NAKED range at Boots, and I have used them... However I was not really convinced by it: I got a shampoo (ok) and hand cream (I am half way through the bottle and it still smells intensely of honey, which I hate. I do find it is too thin for my taste.). So I guess I miss the "nasty stuff", but off course if they are bad for me, I might learn to do without.

Still, I am looking for alternatives, especially since NAKED is not on any kind of offer at the moment, and I would like to fill my suitcase with a few goodies for when I go back home (Friday).

    Any tips? TIA
I don't know if this range is any good, (Good Works)

I seem to remember reading when it was first launched that one of it's selling points was that it had no 'nasties' in it, boots.com doesn't list ingredients, but if you're going in it might be worth checking it out?
Oh, and some of the range is 342 and free paper gift bag at the mo.

just found the home website, looks quite good (oh no, now I'm going to have to try some!)
