If it is working now that is great, but I would check T&Cs, because if it still says in there that it is not available, CS will not honour it.

I think CS needs training too. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: I had an email telling me that HC was now included online (about 5/6 months ago?) And I always get 10% off the Boots products (except Sanctuary which they seem to have stopped)

The only time it stopped, I unticked the HC box and then saved the changed, went back in and re-ticked it and it applied the HC discounts.

Try it ans see if that makes any difference. Also the 50% HC savings all apply to those products

Sanctuary is no longer a boots item, thats probably why you dont get the 10% discount anymore

thanks for this. just txt my bf who lives in dundee to go get some in his lunch hour. i was going to buy some for my hampers. are they in the usual mini bit or clearance? have to tell him exact location or he'll never find them:rolleyes:

They're with all the usual stuff S&G stuff on the 1st floor. Bottom shelf to give him a bit of extra help!

back from boots, returned elle bags got some childrens toyrs etc 342. found wilkinsons sword quattro titanium razors, all excited went sa paid with points, receipt shows only 1/2price? i thought they were 342,too? have i got it wrong?

How many did you get - did you mix them with something else on 342 or just get three razors?

haven't been in for a long time but saw this & thought how rude... then found the post it was answering & thought mayb its like a white spolier you have to highlight- nope just know the dates but are not sharing... so kind of agree with Pegginout & broclo although pegginout was perhaps more direct than needed.
