Enquired at Redditch store about S&G £5 sets and was told they're expecting some in on Tuesday.

I was told by CS that Health Club was not available on line, because I had placed an order and it was charged at full price. I queried this with them and told them I had previously had it at half price. CS phoned me and told me that it was a glitch while setting up new website and should not apply, it says in T&Cs. I PMd CPG to tell her what CS had told me.

If it is working now that is great, but I would check T&Cs, because if it still says in there that it is not available, CS will not honour it.

Yes, those are the ones, the sel might say £2.47 but they come up on the till as £3.56, so you might have to get the SA to over-ride the till with the correct price. Some stores have changed their sels to £3.56 though. hth

Can't remember the OP...but is nobody getting the ones in the older packaging that are going through at £1.74

Are they the ones with the writing 'titanium' in black? - I did look ages ago but I hav'nt seen them anywhere, thanks for reminding me tho' broclo, I will have another look today.

OK. So I should probably post this on the Refugees thing, but I asked about it on this thread the other day, so here goes. Lugged the massive Scholl Foot Spa all the way to the train station, and then another 5 minute walk to Boots. Took it to CS, 3 SA's manning it. Said could not give me a refund as I did not have card I paid with, would not even let me have it on a giftcard. Was told I could have an exchange on it. Funny thing is I DON'T want anything from Boots as I have enough. 15 minutes later ended up getting 2 x EDT for £30.00. On way back to CS, the 3 SA's started sniggering when they saw me coming back. (Do you think I should put a complaint in? Being a mystery shopper I caught all their names and descriptions!). Payment was done. SA took off 1000 megapoints as my total was not over £50. She took JK offer points and 350 ACM off too. That's when I said I don't think so. Explained the JK offer and got them back on. Other SA said the ACM is for a spend of £35 or more, so take them off. I was like "I don't think so! £54 (total spend) less £15.10 (exchange on Foot Spa) is £38.90 and that is more than £35, so I'll have my points back, thank you very much"! I said it really fast a bit like Vicky Pollard does her yeah but no but yeah. She just looked at me in astonishment. I felt like saying I have a degree in Accountancy/A Level and GCSE too, so please don't get fresh with me! Anyway, not impressed as I now have 2 x EDT's that I don't really want.

And for anyone that was thinking of getting a FOOT SPA, DON'T, they are bloody useless!

PS! Hold on just one moment, I only got an exhange on the £15.10 so technically speaking I should still get the 1000 megapoints shouldn't I? Think I will definitely be complaining and asking for my 1000 megapoints back! It's not like I got a refund.

I managed to find the JK nail files for £2 in Fargate Sheffield on Friday. However they went through the till at £3 each. I queried this and then they over rode the till. I was planning on seeing if it worked and then perhaps getting a couple more but really couldn't be doing with the rigmarole of that again so satisfied myself with the 2 and 500 points. Didn't have a chance to post sooner as it was my birthday. There were loads there on Friday though!:D :T

morning, i decided to ake back my elle bags, i tried to wrap one last night, and its impossible and its so squashed up soft leather, no offense to people who loves them likes them. im just being miserable i guess.
i rather have s&g sets 342, if i find them. off to take them back now, will check jk files or wipes in store.
btw, if i want to use 5off electrical from mailing do i have to pay by cash or card? could i buy no7 light up mirror and use 5off voucher and pay by my points? thank you

I tried in two different boots and they came up at £3.65 - got the different packs and both came up @ £3.65 in same transaction but my shop still have the £2.74 sel up so got them half price. Sorry - forgot about this one, should have posted results:o

You can't use any vouchers when paying with points but MrB will be happy to take your money or a card :rotfl:
