A week ago or so I promised to one nice MSEr to send some vouchers. Accidentally I emptied my PM inbox, so couldn't find her address. Then (sorry for off-topic) I found out that my husband (hubby?) was cheating, felt so bag I have never felt before. Not a big surprise I forgot about those vouchers. If this girl is reading my post, sorry about this, could you please PM me with your address. Sorry, I even forgot the nick, and can't remember what vouchers I promised, PM me with this info. I feel so sick of everything, don't know if I will ever enjoy doing simple things, e.g. Bootsing, however, need some nappies for my little angel, so see you in Boots soon anyway.

I think you should give CS a ring, they'll be able to sort out your points, they can see your transactions, it's a shame to have to resort to that though.

I got this for a pound yesterday using a voucher for £5 off Ruby & Millie colour cosmetics that I got in the post. When I checked with a SA before I bought it he said technically it shouldn't work but that it has been working on some so worth a try.

Yes u have to ring wiv this one, ask cs if they were the customer wud they wanna be treated like that and perhaps the three stooges shud be paying more attention to what your entitled too rather than grabbin those lovely points off ad hoc... Give there names too as feedback does get back to the staff.... How Rude xx

I also ordered this: https://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=48971&langId=-1&storeId=10052&catalogId=11051 and disappointingly it's all 'battered' and 'tatty' lookingIt's only a tiny little jar and was just in the box on it's own, not wrapped in a seperate little bag or anything, so has obviously been thrown around a bit in transit
I've rung CS and a bit annoyingly the advisor couldn't tell me what they would do about it, her system was playing up - she said they'd either refund me or replace it but she couldn't tell me whether I'd need to return the original one or not
Anyone like to hazzard a guess?!

In the sale after Christmas last year, I received some gift sets (might have been Impulse) but they had been badly packed and were severely battered looking. I had ordered them for gifts, so obviously couldn't use them as gifts but the contents were OK. I rang CS and the lovely lady refunded them as they couldn't be replaced and told me to keep them when I asked about returning them!0 -
OK. So I should probably post this on the Refugees thing, but I asked about it on this thread the other day, so here goes. Lugged the massive Scholl Foot Spa all the way to the train station, and then another 5 minute walk to Boots. Took it to CS, 3 SA's manning it. Said could not give me a refund as I did not have card I paid with, would not even let me have it on a giftcard. Was told I could have an exchange on it. Funny thing is I DON'T want anything from Boots as I have enough. 15 minutes later ended up getting 2 x EDT for £30.00. On way back to CS, the 3 SA's started sniggering when they saw me coming back. (Do you think I should put a complaint in? Being a mystery shopper I caught all their names and descriptions!). Payment was done. SA took off 1000 megapoints as my total was not over £50. She took JK offer points and 350 ACM off too. That's when I said I don't think so. Explained the JK offer and got them back on. Other SA said the ACM is for a spend of £35 or more, so take them off. I was like "I don't think so! £54 (total spend) less £15.10 (exchange on Foot Spa) is £38.90 and that is more than £35, so I'll have my points back, thank you very much"! I said it really fast a bit like Vicky Pollard does her yeah but no but yeah. She just looked at me in astonishment. I felt like saying I have a degree in Accountancy/A Level and GCSE too, so please don't get fresh with me! Anyway, not impressed as I now have 2 x EDT's that I don't really want.
And for anyone that was thinking of getting a FOOT SPA, DON'T, they are bloody useless!
PS! Hold on just one moment, I only got an exhange on the £15.10 so technically speaking I should still get the 1000 megapoints shouldn't I? Think I will definitely be complaining and asking for my 1000 megapoints back! It's not like I got a refund.
