Has anyone ever tried this: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=48971&langId=-1&catalogId=11051 it looks and sounds just lovely but is quite expensive (for lip balm) so would hate to make an expensive mistake if it's rubbish! :)
I think it would make my lips worse, it sounds so yummy I'd be nibbling them all day long:rotfl:

According to .com (for me) the current offer is 1000 points on a £70 spend and ends on the 19th (today) - I assumed the new offer (1000 on a £50 spend) starts tomorrow and was online too - was I wrong and it's only instore? :(

Oops you're right hun, i'll edit my post so as not to confuse peeps:o . Really hope the 1000 points offer on a £50 spend is online too like last time, i couldn't be bothered braving the crowds this weekend lol

Me too :rotfl: I like my shopping experiences to be a little more comfortable - sat in front of the laptop, coffee in one hand, cake in the other and debit card at the ready ;)

Flamin' Nora! My colleague told me that the NIVEA VISAGE DNAGE ZONE ACTION things were sold off for 50p yesterday at my local BOOTS. She got 4 lots! What a shame I had the day off.

Keep your peepers peeled my lady friends (and BhamDave), this is an absolute bargain and a half if you can locate any!

PS. Still have 2 healthcare BLUES, if anyone wants them, pm moi.

Thanks,I am not sure if I can make those either, you would think I had enough time with not being at work but I have a "Stress reduction" Class 1.30-3.30 at Maggies on Thursdays and next Thursday I have to go straight to Kirkcaldy to pick up my Aunty who is over from Spain for a few days.
So I will try and get the most out of the Mega weekend ,incase I don't have time next Thursday.
I did get to the last one at Craigleith but had OH in tow so its was pointless,he didn't even give me time to pick up a bit free shortbread!

  • I got a letter today about the problems i have being having with boots. It says that they have spoken to loss prevention and the store manager who say that i should be able to use my vouchers. They have given me 1500 points for the trouble i have had. I can speak to the store manager if i have any more problems in that store. I was complaing about the treatment towards me by staff. I think that they are on about vouchers from when i had the 17 one for makeup and couldn't use it and i told cs about it. Iam glad thsat it is sorted now thou.

  • This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

  • Hi hun, you can order online items instore, and pay for them with points now. They do the order through the till, but its handy if you have the product numbers as it speeds it all up. No need to go on an xmas night though, because you won't qualify for the bonus points as you are paying with points.
Arghhhhhhhhh thanks for that now I know why I never redeem my points keep wanting more points silly me. Thanks anyway

Congrats on the outcome! But I'd still stay clear of that store, as it sounds like they need to clean house staff-wise!

Hope it's ok to ask a points question. I placed an online order last Thursday, which was delivered the next day, and I received 1300 points thanks to the points offers. But these didn't show on my in-store receipt today. How long does it normally take?
