i used to collect my points day or two after order recived, today no points added although my order received on monday. i know its 5 days since order sent or smthg like that. is it defo 5 days now?

don't forget to visit the acm before your shop to see if you have a total spend points voucher (often 200/300 wys £25 or more) as these seem to work as well.
It took about 6 days (from collection instore) for my recent .com order points to be added. hth
