It's ok to ask any question

The points should be awarded around 5 days after your order has been delivered and are put on your card when you put it in the ACM/advantage kiosk after that time, but people have been reporting that it's taking longer at the moment. Give it another few days then put your card in the machine again - if they're still not showing, give Customer Services a call. The number is on post 1 of this thread :beer:

Oh fab. I felt really bad after it looked like my suggeestion you ring CS and ask for points might have backfired. Pleased it's all sorted for you.

I see the Gillette Fusion Power boxsets are back again.

Currently reduced to £10 from £20.

These were going thru at 3 for 1 last year (until they fixed the glitch) so I'm keeping a look out!

hi everyone, im newbie to mse. i would like to say hello to everyone. i have read this thread before, i must admit. i only use points codes when i order from .com before.
im taking bootsing seriously and will be here from now on:)
i been boots in festival park- stoke on trent this morning, there was no s+g sets, no razors no botanics set. i often buy from lancome, they have buy 2(one have to be skincare) get 1000 points atmo. they told me if i buy lancome on xmas evening i will still get xmas 1000points for 50spend, and also get lancome 1000 points, so i decided to pay another visit this weekend. hopefully i will spend 50 pounds and get 2000 points.
i used to collect my points day or two after order recived, today no points added although my order received on monday. i know its 5 days since order sent or smthg like that. is it defo 5 days now?

I think it's supposed to be 5 days from delivery - but people have been saying it's taking longer at the moment. I don't think the new .com is working up to standard yet... (is the yet a little optimistic?!!)

Don't forget you can take other shopping with you to the Lancome counter to make your spend up to £50 - your total spend doesn't have to be on Lancome, as long as you get the two items.
