i would try calling them now and explain you need help in contacting creditors. Phone number i have found is 0800 138 1111. Free phone! I sound like I work for them don't I? I (luckily) have not needed this kind of help yet but a lot of people on here have said they are good, that I have read. And a budget is good anyway, little steps forward are better than going backwards!
