Shame, the delivery is not free, I would rather than having the free antivirus software. When does it start as I have just renew my license for my present one on my current computer. Could it be kept until my present one expire? Thanks

Has anybody used their 3 year basic service, does on site realy mean on site? I have heard horror stories from their CS.
  • Delivery is included in the above spec computer, i was looking for a laptop, hoping for something special but nothing.

Now i am confused by this wonderful sale!

    Check this link http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/features.aspx/dimen_5150?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs
and then click customize and buy. Note the price of the system you are customizing is far higher than the system you selected on the first screen.
Dell dirty tricks? Or just an error?

    Doh!

Seems obvious now you mention it - but surely there must be some consumer standards that when you click an item the same item is displayed and not changed.
Obviously not form the way Dell does it - very sneaky.
