Apple's liability is limited to "Repayment of such monies will be the extent of our liability to you if we are unable to deliver to you the Products you have ordered", per the terms and conditions we all agreed to. If you go to court asking for more you will be required to pay all of Apple's court costs as well as your own.
If Apple had done something wrong, I would support any attempt to sue them, but it is neither morally nor legally correct to expect a company to honour a mis-price. Apple are a large company, hopefully they will let the orders through and write off the loss - but if they don't just leave it.
I thought with small claims court all you had to pay out was the fee - win or lose????? Is that not the case?0 -
I think they just altered their terms and condititions.
actually they haven't they are just different depending on the part of the site you order from.
the normal site (not education) terms specifically mentions pricing errors.0 -

Hi All
Good price if I get it!!
But remember this is a discontinued model, there is no in built flash - a dedicated flash for this is £100+. Its a professional type camera , not very point and shoot.
Excellent value if it arrives!!! :xmassmile

If you have any doubt as to the viability or validity of your case we would advise you to seek independent legal advice before proceeding. Remember you may be liable for your opponent's costs in the event of your action being unsuccessful.0 -
