My interpretation of their conditions is of stock level as well. Tough they are a very big company, and providing the buyers are entitled to buy the camera, then they really have little choice in honouring the deal.

That said - they are a big company full of americans so who knows!

I think it's a perfectly reasonable price for a 2 year old bit of kit (if you order it knowing it's a mis-price it's different)

Here's the relevant passage, I think someone may have posted this earlier on...

2.6 Whilst we will make every effort to supply you with the Products listed on the Order Confirmation, there may be occasions where we are unable to supply these Products because, for example, such Products are no longer being manufactured or we are unable to source relevant components. In such circumstances we will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative Products that you might wish to purchase. If you accept our suggestionsthen we will send you a revised Order Confirmation. If you do not accept our suggestions then we will cancel your Order in relation to those Products we cannot supply and repay you any money that you may have paid to us in respect of those Products. Repayment of such monies will be the extent of our liability to you if we are unable to deliver to you the Products you have ordered.

I think they can cancel for any reason, ebuyer get away with it don't they - "We have no stock of the £130 telly" then the next day it's back on sale for £300.

is it not clear to you bleugh, that apple have already acknowledged this pricing error, hence why the person i spoke to interupted me.telling you that people may have already phoned up before myself, or apple simply noticed the large amount of people purchasing the camera.or is this too difficult to comprehend.inbred? quite hypocritical really.

Just ordered 1 for myself after reading the reviews. Thanks to the original poster of the link. Had my ordered confirmed and the acknowledgment email. Just waiting for the order of confirmation, which will be the email to say it's on its way.

im meant to have been doing some "strategic management" coursework.. seems as tho ive written 50 words in 4 hours
