NSD day for me - apart from fuel which I budgeted for. ALmost had another mercy dash to my Dad. He went back to the dentist as gap where tooth was was killing and he could see a tooth coming through. Turns out, what he though was a tooth was actually his jawbone and he also had an infection. They have sorted it all but he was in agony poor chap and had to drive home from town. He seems a bit better this evening. Crap day all round so am consoling myself with a very large glass of wine! Hope everyone else has had better days!

I had a really tough shift at Samaritans, not harrowing calls but mentally exhausting.

I'm looking forward to getting to bed, reading a chapter of my book and getting a good sleep...

:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!
I'm back, and this time I mean business!
If you need to talk to someone confidentially call Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 or email jo@samaritans.org
My heart knows me better than I know myself so I'm going to let it do all the talking.
  • Hi KT,
Hope you get a good night's sleep. Giving your time up for the samaritans is a lovely thing to do,:A but I imagine it can be emotionally draining too. Mke sure you unwind after you have finished your shifts.:kisses3:
