I don't know you and yours personally, but from what I have read on here and what Triker tells us, you are a wonderful mum who chastises her children when they need it but also loves them to bits when they are good and they obviously love you to bits too, so how can you be a bad mother? and if your DS was as bad as that little girl, he wouldn't have got upset after he had done it would he, he would have been glad, so that shows that you have taught them well and given them morals - you carry on, we need more of you...:T :T :T

Thank you... none of you really know how much that means..

MF cloths... grab cloth.. polish surface.. voila... colour unimportant.. dry/wet does make a difference..

Thanks Pigpen, that's what I meant - so I can use them wet, but polish off dry? and it's ok to use window cleaner? see, thick me...;) (how to get confused over a simple cloth in 10 easy steps... sounds like the name for a book.........)

    Morning all

Crafty - I would phone the dentist and mention what happened - just so they have a record - it could be related to the anaesthetic.

Up a little earlier so that I, hopefully, leave a little earlier and miss a bit more of the traffic. Just about to jump in the bath.

Looking at Wednesday's list, I see it's kids/spare rooms. I don't do the kids room and the spare room is reasonable so I think I'll concentrate on my room - it's a bit tiplike!

    Have a good day people

Ok silly question for you lovely people. Just seen that the funeral for this person I knew is tomorrow and I was going to send a card. Sending a card is better than giving one when I'm there so the wife has to juggle it isn't it? Still not sure whether to go as at the moment I only have jeans that will fit me, but it does say no mourning clothes allowed.

    Morning all

Gryfon I would send a card later, speaking from direct experience I know I would have ended up putting any cards down for safe keeping. What with speaking to so many people after the service I know I would have forgotten to pick them all up, althoughI am sure someone else have.

As to clothes I would have had everyone in jeans and a Quo T shirt at DH's funeral!!!! In fact there were loads of police in uniform and other people in 'funeral' clothes BUT I chose to wear quite a bright blue short sleeved jacket (it was summer) which the old school would frown at I am sure but it felt right for me. If the request is no mourning clothes then jeans and a smart top should be fine.

Whatever you decide should be th right thing for you and like lil_me says a card or popping in a week/few weeks from now will be gratefully appreciated.

Thank you all so much for the messages you posted. It's lovely to know I have friends out there - esp. when some of you are coping with real problems. (L-L hope you hear soon)

I t was scary because I had no idea what triggered it.
soappie - I never thought of the local anasthetic. Have had a number over the years - I don't have the greatest teeth. However this is a new dentist so maybe he uses a different one and come to think of it it did seem more effective than others I have had. Will phone them today.
