No, we would still be celebrating Pagan festivals and would celebrate Yule instead..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Flylady_Flower...then we'd just celebrate Yule Usually we do a single present on Yule and have a nice dinner but then do everything else Christmas Day. Don't think I could ask everyone in the family to move days just for me :rotfl: Usually we do a single present on Yule and have a nice dinner but then do everything else Christmas Day. Right horrible job is now over...yey! :j When Mr G gets up I'm going to get him to move some shelves into the kitchen I think and store all our clothes on there. Not perfect but should be out of the way and will free up the spare bed.Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Tiddles just tried a fast one.. she wailed because she had eaten all her chocolate biscuit (penguin) then started eating her sarnie when I told her the postman had come to see who was making all the noise and would post her to the moon.. Then she tried the 'I don't want any more of my lunch'.. the reply.. 'Well you'll be hungry then!'... Cue finishing of lunch.. Why do they bother?
We have already decided we are going to pick up the socks in the back room, sort out the shoes.. and dispose of all the odd/manky/dead ones and maybe list a couple of pairs on ebay. We will then sort out the coats.. I have loads that don't fit anyone and can be bagged up for charity shop.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

            HHC 12-15 -12.45
Well, that could hve gone better:
Cut finger (trying to get top off empty bleach bottle with a knife, so I could wash it out, yes, I know...)
 Bleached sink
 Washed up
 Broke plate
 Polished dining table
Put all kitchen linen in wash
Sigh...I'm going straight into another HHC to try and finish!!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0

I am staaaaaaaaaarving! Think my stomach is trying to escape to get some food, but I'm waiting for eggs to cook. Trying to be good and not each too much but just a piece of toast and a coffee to last me all morning isn't working!
pigpen...fancy coming to do my shoes, socks etc? I have at least 2 big shopping bags full of socks to sort, which I hate as I can never find pairs and end up with maybe 1 and a half big shopping bags full!Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Ok I've done it, not all of it but most of it, I firgured I'd wash the kitchen window when OH puts the blind up (hopefully this week)...the muck is hiding behind a net curtain at the minute - wont I be glad to see the back of that! I've also emptied the DW and reloaded it and washed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees, so go me! :j
