Good morning, feel refreshed after a good nights sleep. May even have the energy to tidy up this dump of a house:eek: We've basically been running in for the past 4 days grabbing what we need, dumping what we dont and going back out:rolleyes: It is truly hovelesque:o
Good luck to Rachs hubby, hope he does really well.
Hugs to any sickies.
Any news yet lady liberty? They still keeping you in the dark?
Right, need to nip down to the car and find LO's antibiotics and steroids, they must have fallen out the bag and into the boot last night. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
DH has gone to his exam. Had a strop last night cos he couldn't find his watch (which he only ever uses for running) and therefore decided he couldn't do the exam. I just left him to it, after making things worse by trying to 'help' first. Anyway, he realised it is at work and i pointed out there should be a clock in the room anyway. Appreciate good vibes for him this morning and the next two.
AFAIK there is always a clock at the front of the exam room and I have been in an exam where the invigilator apologised for the size of the clock and gave us 'one hour gone'' two hours gone' warnings.
No plans for today - apart from phone dentist for emergency app. to remove remains of tooth which crumbled last night.
(wish the tooth fairy still visited)
OK app. made. 11.20 so will have some bread and marmalade before I go since I won't be eating when I come back.
Still a tooth extraction isn't much compared to some problems.

Morning All :hello:
I'm not going to say anything about the state of my health yet today.... keeping my mouth shut and my fingers crossed. Mr Sh is off again today, and DD2 although a lot better is still wobbly. I think she'd go downhill pretty fast if she went to school, technically tho, she's still not allowed to go because of her school's 48 hr policy regarding being sick.
DD1 did her grade 2 piano exam yesterday. She's not sure how well she did, but we won't know for 2 weeks anyway... it's her first piano exam, so we're all quite nervous for her! I'm sure she'll have done ok though.
However, I will copy my list over again, and add a few bit to it and see whether I can get a few bits done.
Lady L Hope you hear something positive today, and that you were able to sleep last night.
See you all in a bit. :wave:MMSSB Club Founder Member

Got all my list done yesterday up to level 3 and most of my own list so I'm happy with that.....will do todays when I get in at 3.30....I can delete half of it cause I don't have a proper dining room, it's the pc room/spare room

Small world eh! I can't remember but my Mum will - I'll have to check...
I remember my hubby going through Carmarthen for a rallycross meeting once with some friends - he rang me to tell me where he was - you have to remember he's dyslexic - "Hi honey, we're in Car-ma-fern" I was wetting myself laughing (doesn't sound as funny now - suppose you had to be there...:rotfl: )
