  • Me too, toots! I think my ironing pile breeds overnight! Maybe you and I should have a challenge to see if we can both clear our ironing before New Year's Eve!!

thats a good idea - we might manage to prod each other into action!!! There's some old superstition about having done all your ironing i think but this year looks like the first time ever it just might happen for me!! good luck to us then!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
    toots xx

I cant remember the number now but as you drove into it you turned left and it was along towards the school end if that makes sense - the front room looked across towards the golf course - I really liked it - she only rented it when she split up with her hubby - they are back together now and stay in Trinity Road(?) I think it is. small world right enough!!!

    Strange Question?

Does any one shine there sink?
Yes I do Zoey - its rather a nice feeling to come through in the morning and its all shiny!!! I only do the full americam flylady shiny sink routine now and then - most of the time it is pretty good and only needs a good wipe and a dry off.

  • toots - yes, I'm going to SW but I'm not being very strict with myself as I don't want to obsess over food - don't know whether to have a rethink tho' as I've really been lacking in energy lately and I'm feeling "odd" and the only thing I can put my finger on is my diet - think I'm eating too many carbs/green days - you don't go hungry tho

Time to leave work and go for a walk before bed

((hugs)) to johanne - hope you find a solution that works for you

In our house (Grandparents and mother being Scottish) we weren't supposed to have any outstanding housework for New Year. We also have a tendency to throw DH out the back door just before midnight and let him in at the front (but only if he's got bread, salt and coal with him)! He's tall, dark and male and it's tough luck if it snows! :rotfl:

DD and DS went to that school! Trinity Road's near Holy Trinity Church and the Tythe Barn. I used to work in a day centre near Christchurch (we rented space from the EMI) right by the town centre.
