Hi there, First post!
I'm in trouble...Have stopped using my cards, cut them up, and just faced reality and counted up my debts so here they are...
£53,000 credit cards
£15,000 unsecured personal loan
£1,500 overdraught
£1,400 tax credit overpayment
£1,000 studio catalogue
I've read a few things on here, and wondered how I go about asking for CCA's, I can't find a template letter.
Apart from trying this, any ideas what else I can try?
I can't find a job, and am two months behind, plagued by phone calls, scared to open letters, not sleeping etc etc. Can't believe this has happened to me, I used to employ over 50 people, and helped them through things like this, and now it's my turn. I'm scared.
People on here seem to know how to fet things done, I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks so very very much in anticipation!!
(I want to enjoy Christmas) PS I live in Scotland
