I cna understand you not being happy with payplan but reserrecting a topic from nearly two years ago is not helpful. People on here want to help people currently in trouble not from two years ago circumstances change!
If you are not happy with Payplan run your own DMP it is very easy espeically if you are already on one.0 -
Well said. I hope i am wrong but there seems to be anti Payplan thread springing up today. Hope it is not a campaign of some sort

I was just going to post that PayPlan seem to be having it hard today0

Overall Payplan and CCCs the 2 charities regarding debt management are the 2 most people here recommend.
No offense to the poster, who has made 1 post to basically besmirch their reputation, i would take their advice with a pinch of salt, as it is very easy for fee charging DMP companies to send their representatives here to bad mouth the competition.
I would contact them and rearrange your schedule, you cant pay money you dont have, the courts (if it ever gets that far) will be on your side if you get hassled by companies.
Sometimes things do go wrong with all companies, but on the whole Payplan and CCCs have been preached about in the almost 2 years ive been a member.
Good luck and try not to let money get you too down.
Best Wishes

oooh dear, the payplan haters are out in force today (myself included)! hehe
if Payplan isn't working out then as previously suggested running your own DMP is not difficult, after losing patience with Payplan thats the route I have gone down. As happybunny I was not getting my e-mails responded to or phone calls returned (and that was lucky if I even got through to them - normally in a massive queue!) so decided to sort things on my own.
Having said that, it seems to work for some people so can't all be bad - must be luck of the draw!0 -
wow was just gonna say, isnt this thread 2 years old lmao! i agree with rayday, payplan is a charity!!! im sure they will sort out the money that has been over paid if you are patient - as has been mentioned they are very overworked so i would let them have a bit of time to respond to you, other than that u could always pay the creditors yourself!LBM 29/07/ 07

Very true how easy dealing with your own DMP is also quite flexible I can be a bit naughty and chisel away the little ones which is a bit of a morale booster.0 -
Is it just a coincidence that the disgruntled Payplan people on this thread have both only joined MSE today I wonder
Very odd to resurrect such an old thread. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
