The bloods were fine, poor dd1 hates coming with me as she panics it will hurt me! I hope she never has to have some.... Just to check if my iron etc is low - this was the one that picked up about my really low platelets with dd1 so i hope they are not low again - means if i have to have a c section i would have to be put asleep as i cant have a epidural, also risk of bleeding lots etc. But they were fine on 28week bloods so im sure they will be fine...
Only just updated my shopping from the otherday only spent £13 so not to bad, am going to the market today but i wont spend to much just need to get some fruit etc to keep us going.. Then we are going to my nans for the afternoon. Also over my yearly amount and havent taken into account the baby coming so the budget will prob be blown esp if i cant breastfeed and have to get formular!!
I put out to big bags of old clothes for the charity collection that are coming today!! So i am two bags decluttered!! just going to try and sell the nicer ones i have (still got LOTS!!!)
My car loan came out today, so atleast that has been paid. I will have to see if i get any charges from abbey and give them a call if i did and talk nicely and hope they take them off...... im on £3160 on the 10k challenge, so doing well but only hope i will make it as we will be having some tight mths with baby bits etc...GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. Just seeing how i go!! Im only trying to pay of the ccs and overdraft first and then i might see if we can over pay on the loans if they are still running. The £6000 ish one is for 8 more yrs so i hope to of cleared the cc well before then!! but the car is only for 4 yrs - so will see what happens with that one.... Just want the ccs gone!! i no i should concentrate on the car first as its the highest interest but also the highest debt!!
When is your debt free date?? or are you just seeing how you go??
I will be in debt for yrs!!GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. No6 Due Mar 2013 My world.:j0 -
same really. my loan has 7 more years to go, the sofa starts in oct for 3 years.............want rid of credit cards and the rest so can overpay on loan and pay off the sofa. (even though looking at new cars and doors.....) it may be a while. calculated 9 months to pay off cc with the £50 a month that im paying and mil will be paid off in 15 months with paying £50 a month. want them all gone by the end of the year really. My fella agrees with getting rid but then doesnt really help much as i am the household accountant.....December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22

same here - oh wants rid of all the extra apyments but still wants to be able to spend!
I have just phoned abbey and they have said i had a charge refunded last june so cant have this one! and it will be £35 for the dd and £25 for the going over my overdraft!!!!! lovely, i thought they were not allowd to charge so much. They didnt pay it, it was returned to my account later!! and i also said how i checked the online banking in the morning and nothing was showing then! she said they can take up till 3pm everyday so checking in the morning is not enough i have to keep checking for things to come out.....arrr I hate Abbey and im going to have to look into all the getting your charges paid back - i put in for it before the court thing and i got a letter saying its on hold....so will have to see what happens with that!!
So that will come out in April-nice extra money to go out when we have just had the baby!!! I know its my fault etc so shouldnt moan but its anoying as it wasnt the whole amount and i did have it in a different account!!
anyway ill stop going on now! think hormones got the better of me as i was nearly crying down the phone!!
Of to the market and my nans now - need to get the kids out of the house they aare hyper and running riot!!

just thought i didnt mention yesterday that abbey sent us a letter saying they have uped our credit limit by £390! why i dont no but i guess they dont like me paying it of!!lol. and i thought it was meant to be hard to get credit now - i dont work and its in my name and they keep uping my limit....
today i am sending dh to tesco with a list to just get the bits to keep us going for the rest of the week! hopeing it wont be much atall and if dh goes he is less likely to get things we dont need....thats the plan anyway...
Come on pay day!!GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. No6 Due Mar 2013 My world.:j0 -
Think the banks are giving bigger limits in the hope you will use them and earn them more interest.............they need some way to get their massive bonus's up!!
You are doing so well mummy with getting your debts down, you are so nearly under the £28k mark!!!!!! wish my debts were going down as fast as yours..........................December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22
