Plus i got lots of other vouchers aswell, not just baby things make up etc aswell.Worth joining as they give you double points on nappies and other baby bits aswell.GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. 1hannah hello and well done on reading all my rambles!!
ill prob slow down on any overpayments and all my daily things for a while when i have baby though....
Last night i made a mistake - bulk cooked a nice casserol in the slow cooker, it was yummy and had made some to freeze for another night.........but i forgot all about it and it was still in the slow cooker this morning!!! so not very mse...ohwell....good intentions and all that...
Its the start of half term today so trying to fill our week with nice cheap things to do: so far i have thought of a few:
Mon -
Tue -
Wed- AM dd1 is doing a fitness video for my friends course, so lots of running around and having fun!!
PM going to my friends who lives on a farm so will go and see the sheep and cows etc!
Thurs- AM market then go to my nans farm - no animals but they like going and my nan loves seeing them.....
Fri - Going to see my mum for lunch out (treat from mum)
Sat - they have a party to go to
so just mon and tue to think of.........which i might just see if one of her friends want to come round or something like that - so half term isnt going to cost to much :jGC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. sorry can't remember how old your girls are but if suitable how about a home cinema day, we have done this with my 5yr old niece, a morning of making posters, tickets then some choccie & popcorn in front of their fave film.
It was thanks to your posts that I looked up scratchcards, been doing them for a few weeks and won £5 today!! so thank you very much!!Following :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -
well done on the win!! I find they do get to a pay out amount without it taking forever so its nice to get a little extra now and again!!
The cinema day sounds good - my 5 yr old would love it not sure the two yr old would but she would have a go and enjoy the film im sure! We made valentines cards for daddy today and dd1 took ages making it perfect etc etc and dd2 just wanted to cover it in heart stickers! bless he will love them im sure!
Done really well with the meal planning this week and sticking to it (even if i did muck up the extras last night...) tonight i was sooo tired didnt want to cook but made myself stick to it! Tomorrows is set for a take away as its valentines!! so thats a nice guilt free treatGC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. thank you - hope you all had a good valentines day! Pipsmum how was your first one as a mummy!!
not to long till mothers day aswell, i bet you get spoilt and looked after all day...I better im due the next day so will be feeling all fat
I had a nice day yesterday, we didnt do anything or buy any presents as we decided we would rather have a nice takeaway! So we had pizza with the girls and they loved it (I no soooo much cheaper to make etc etc) sorted out our room and mooved it around (dh had got bored with it...) and think we can fit the crib in now so will get dh to get it out today! I listed loads more books on amazon so hopefully some will sell.........we will wait and see.
Today i MUST list lots on ebay - I would love to make £130 so i can get a starter pack of reusable nappies with everything you need to start up.... so if i can make as near to that target as possible then that will be good!! and save us going to spend our actual money on some.....Also with the amazon vouchers im on £33.99 and want to get to £49.99 so i can get a breast pump - might have to add to it if i dont get all the money though. i am 115 lightspeed points away from getting the next £5 from them so keep looking to see if there is a new survey......
My mum has said she wants to buy the travel playpen that we want - its good to take into the garden etc (i am hoping for a lovely nice summer......its got the uv protection in it aswell.) So when i am playing with the girls and the paddling pool i can pop baby in there, also at home for when i need to pop upstairs or something baby will be out of dd2 reach!!
Rags i hope you get a big win soon - maybe your waiting for the £100!!!!
Anyway turning into a long post again...GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. No6 Due Mar 2013 My world.:j0
