i can't make the night in london booked due to a family wedding..do i just leave it as you don't get a refund.
  • It did say you could cancel up until the day of the booking and not get charged, if you dont cancel you will still get charged! I read that we dont pay until we check out.

To those going to the Southampton venue, just to let you all know its a good 1/2 hour journey into the city by car
finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!

My reservation for London says on the email:

You may cancel your reservation up until 12 noon on the day of arrival without incurring a cancellation charge. If your reservation is cancelled after this time or in the event of a non arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply and charged to your credit card.

I'd also like to ask...does it matter I booked two rooms with me as the guest name for the same night (one for my friend)? It'll be ok as long as I'm there with the credit card given, won't it?

Not sure if anyone can help but I'm having difficulty trying to find a cheap family room if I put 2 adults 2 children in or infact any family room without being on the £10 room section even if going via the hotel. Yet if I put in 1 adult only it comes up with the option of a family room!!??
Thought it would be nice for the 4 of us to have a cheap break in late dec/ early jan somewhere not too far ie south easty area! All mproving a bit too hard!

I was having trouble getting any room if I put in children. I ended up cheating and booking two rooms for two adults. I wasn't offered family rooms at all but two rooms at that price I'm not complaining.

Sorted a friend out with a christmas present for his wife as well which I know she will appreciate :D

  • Brilliant, two nights away over the xmas period for £20! Thank you very much.
  • Hi
If you dig around you can pick up £10 rooms even in march! I managed to get Staverton for the 27th to the 30th for £10 a night, Found quite a few others too!:j:T

Means a bit of digging, going into the prices and then looking at room rates but they are there!
    Good hunting!
    :)
