4 Date monies arrived back in nominated account: 18/11/08
Times them all by five, to include two ISAs.0 -
1 = 04/11/08 @ 22.41
2 = 14/11/08 @ 17.11
3 = 14/11/08 @ 17.15

I noticed everyone here got their 1st email on 4th Nov. I got mine on the 5th.

Made my claim on Tue 18/11/2008 at around 10am after faffing around with password...they handled thos bit quite well actually.
Had claim confirmed at Tue 18/11/2008 11:37
Money appeared in my account on Thursday night.

Does any one know anything about the paper claim system. I have recieved no emails so contacted them and was tiold my claim had been identiofied as a paper claim which will take longer. They have no idea how long?
No idea why i am a paper claim. I joined on the internet and did all transcations by the internet.
Can any one help ?/

The main reason for paper claim is having no linked bank account or email address - have you checked?
Paper claim forms will be sent to all people who have not claimed within a month of being invited.

Thanks for that. By linked account I am not sure what you mean. I had an account that i could transfere the money back anf forth to ie my main bank account. Also all my communication was done by email ??? so a little confussed

Yes you did have linked/nominated acount if you could do transfers between them.
Have you tried logging on to your Icesave account to see whether your account(s) are listed there?
Have you changed your email address since the last transaction?
I would be phoning both Icesave helpline and FSCS to find out what was going on and get them to give timescale for paper route compensation. When will you get form as well as why.0
