For me:
1 = 04/11/2008 at 20:20
2 = 12/11/2008 at 11:43
3 = Evening of 12/11/2008
4 = Not yet

Has anyone got a full list of their 1-4 so I can guess when I get my compensation?

You should get it cleared in your bank on Monday.
1st email 4/11. 2nd email 11/11.I did my claim lunchtime Tueday 11th and in the bank yesterday 1st thing.

Sorry hadn't read that properly it may be Tuesday for you as you did the claim in the evening - so your 1st effective banking day was Thursday 13th.

I think the above comments are correct - 4 working days would make it Tues for the money. Good luck!

I think this is the first time 2 people on this forum have been identified definitely as having received email 1 from the same batch and crucially email 2 from the same batch.

It might be helpful if MrsMillar and fffacoffipawb would tell us the first letter of their respective surnames and the type of account(s) they held.

The FSCS may want us to believe in random allocation but I am not yet convinced

Surname begins with M. I wonder if MrsMillar also begins with M or if that is just a random coincidence with my surname. My Christian name also begins with M.

I had £250.xx pence in the instant access account as at 7/10/2008.
I also had £30,02x.yy in a 2 year bond at that date, monthly interest 6.5% version maturing early January 2010. Despite the good rate that FSCS was going to honour, I decided to get out now, electronically, bird in hand, hassle factor with paper and lost in post blah blah blah. May appear stupid with rates now a lot lower, but I am happy with this decision.

Don't know which other banks may go the shape of the pear before January 2010 causing delays at FSCS at that point.
