I really am not sure there's a pattern - it may be truly random. However, since someone asked: surname begins with E, I had Easy Access (about 5K), ISA (3.6K) and fixed rate till next June/July (about 20K which I'm leaving).

I have family members (same surname) that have not yet received their second emails. I opened my first Icesave account not long after they launched, whereas they opened much more recently. Don't know if there's anything in that..........

So much for the above - one of them just phoned to say 2nd email received - account only opened in Aug!

Surname begines with M got 2nd e mail yesterday but system doesn't work so still can't get money! IT not in at weekends to sort out problems!!!

3 = Evening of 11/11/2008
4 = Friday 14th - yey!!

Strangely my wife and myself both received our e-mails (1st and 2nd) at exactly the same time to the minute, we don't have joint accounts, so there is no way of linking us, so I can only assume that they have done it by one of:

-name
-address
-date account opened (we opened at exactly the same time)

Was starting to get paranoid as others who had made their claims around the same time as me or after me had there money a couple of days earlier. But it arrived eventually. I also am impressed - yes it's good to be one of the lucky "early" ones for payment, but I can't help thinking about what the alternative might have been.

Hello! ...this is my first email so PLEASE be kind AND helpful!!!! ... my son has an ISA with Icesave and has tried EVERYTHING he has been instructed to do to get an email and STILL hasn't received his FIRST one and its now Nov 22nd! .... we are getting increasingly worried as everyone else seems to have received contact.Any ideas P L E A S E???:mad:
