Ordered early on "sale day", and even as I was checking out, items were being moved to the "no longer available" section, which meant I had to go back and re-order an alternative. This went on and on, but evebtually I ordered, and was given a delivery date of 25 November. That came and went, and when I called CS they had no idea when any of my stuff would be coming. One box arrived, then on 28th a second box and on the 29th a third. Wrong stuff, wrong coliurs and stuff I hadn't even ordered. They promised to credit my order with £25 for the problems I had encountered, did they? What do you think?
What a mess. Now I have to drag it to the nearest PO to send it back. Would I order again, never.
Last year I had problems ordering mattresses, and was initially quoted 3 weeks. It turned into 3 months, I vowed then never again, and I wish I had stuck to my guns.

I haven't received any of my order from the one day sale yet. I had an email last week to say it would be delivered on the 1st December, which it wasn't. I then had another email to say that one item is out of stock. Today I've had an email to say that an item is now on it's way (one whole candle :rolleyes: ), but nothing else has been despatched yet. I'm a bit concerned that I'm not going to get the other stuff on my order. If I don't get more news soon I'll cancel it and buy my presents elsewhere.

I had no problems whatsoever with my online order, and have today made a massive saving, as for some reason I got a 30% discount on top of my 20% discount (the sales clerk said "I don't know why, the computer does the calculation automatically"), so I am a very happy bunny!

I ordered on the first sale day and until yesterday nothing had arrived. My online account says it should be delivered by December 1st and does not say anything has been sent. We went out yesterday and when we came home ywe found an M&S box on the doorstep. I picked it up thinking it was my order but it was very light. I opened it to find they had sent one calander :eek: My order before deductions had been alomost £70. To make matters worse then box was way too small for the the calander so it had been bent to fit in! I called customers services who could not tell me anything apart from saying that as soon as I made my order all the other items went out of stock. They have no idea how long they will take to come, I also cannot order a new calander to replace the bent one as thats also out of stock. I ordered christmas decs and have been waiting to decorate my tree, I am begining to wish I had not bothered. I have to call M&S back today if nothing arrives. Has anyine else had all their order yet?

Another package has just arrived, two more items have arrived! Now I just need the other 6 things and a replacement for the broken one. Oh and I can almost decorate my tree now, just one more pack of decs to arrive.

My order arrived the other day; my Dr Who Dalek bubble bath had got a bit broken off that wasn't in the box, so clearly it was packed that way. Took it back yesterday (stupid, I know, on the 20pc day) and the replaced it . Madly, when I bought some socks they managed to give me the 20% discount on them and also on the dalek, which had just been an exchange - so I got five pairs of socks for about a pound! Bargain...

My order arrived on the day I selected (Sat) but wasn't to impressed by how it had been packed - "stuffed" is more like it.

Bought more online on 4th - but like others was offered January for specified day delivery and items were going out of stock as I added to the shopping cart.

Anyhow, hopefully my suit will turn up at work address next week - £100 off!
