I was planning to sort my craft stuff out today, but I've woken up with really bad backache and can hardly walk, so I've been sat with a heat pack, dosing myself up on painkillers.0 -

Actually, I was wondering whether we should have a challenge specifically for the kids over on CP. What do you think?
Sorry will add & son to the list!!
i think a kids challenge is a great idea especially over the summer holidays as it is something extra to keep them amused with!0 -
Thanks Melissa and Skiergirl the garden is a bit like painting the forth bridge, you are just putting the hoe away and behind you the weeds are popping up and laughing

My friend called this morning so I gave her the Golden Wedding card for her Mum & Dad, she said they would love it. I did eventually make a box with a gold lid and decorated it with flowers to make it look nicer. Dopey me thought I needed it for last weekend and its not until tomorrow0 -

Evening everyone!
Still home alone - not a lot of crafting done so far - was going to treat myself and wandered round the shops after work but my friend had pointed out that as it was only me eating I could go to M&S - was so excited by this couldn't find anything to wear that I liked :rotfl:.
Had steak and kidney pudding (2person one) and have treacle sponge and custard for later
.
My nesties arrived while I was out - now I want more!!! How easy are they to use I'll have circles on everything now :rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Okay sorry to do this to you ladies but there's a few sales on at the mo. Please help me - I must not spend, but I am soooo tempted.
Sarah's cards have emailed me a code for 20% off everything: CHA09, this includes sale items. They have a fab selection of flowers there and if you order just their flowers its free postage:
http://www.sarahscardsltd.com/
Then craftsulove are having a free shipping weekend again, there's a few stamps that are calling me:
http://www.craftsulove.co.uk/
Then I just happened to look through my favourites and found that this site has 25% off everything, and its free postage if you spend over 7.50:

hi all, we're back from cardiff/bath, had a great time, saw cardiff castle and the roman baths! very diffferent cities though! conveniently found a range in cardiff and fulfilled my craft shopping addiction  I could have spent hours just looking at all the stuff they had, it was the biggest craft section in any range I've ever been to! I left OH in the car and when I went back to him I'd been in there for 40 mins
have flicked through what I've missed and beautiful cards everyone, will try and catch up on blogs properly tomorrow
I have had a new toy for my birthday, an iPhone! so now I can get even more addicted to the internet(and never have to miss out on any crafty sales, I WILL beat you all to it
)
see you're almost past your due date Mel, little Eliott obviously decided that he really didn't want to share a birthday with me lol :rotfl:0
