I am sort of here rainmac, just in the car on the way back from bath. Had a lovely day, seen the roman baths and done some shopping too, will stop for a mcflurry soon methinks

Afternoon all

I know that the thanks/embossed card challenge is drawing to a close on Monday. I thought that I would have to get myself organised and re read all th thread and work out who had entered.

Well I don't have to do that now as the lovely Choccy did all the hard work for me and pm'd me a list of everyone so a bit thanks Choccy for helping me out!

Could you add "& son" on - I don't mind if you substitute me for him. I was under strict instructions when he left for his holidays that his thank you teacher card was for the challenge. don't want to be in trouble as soon as he returns!

Actually, I was wondering whether we should have a challenge specifically for the kids over on CP. What do you think?

The boys were fab at the dentist, even little Thomas who is only 2 and a half opened his mouth wide for the dentist to have a proper look. Their teeth, and ours are fine but Thomas sucks his thumb and we had a bit of a talking to about that. She said we should ask him to remove his thumb if we see it in his mouth and tell him he is damaging his developing adult teeth. I am not doing that as he doesn't suck his thumb much and gets comfort from it when he does.

Awww poor thing how can you stop a 2 and 1/2 year old from sucking his thumb, bless him. I bet she hasn't got any of her own.
If I could send you some crumble I would, there are loads of apples on our tree, the closest I can get is a photo on my blog of the apples... sorry

The_wife - beautiful card - the sentiment looks fabulous!!

Rainmac - lovely challenge card, those papers are one of my favourites, love the matching flower and sentiment. I do feel like I have forgotten everything - hope it all comes back to me!!!!

Whoopidoo - I am now following your daughter's blog. She is very talented and has some lovely creations on there!

Cgcockcroft - great cards on your blog, I love the football card - I always lose inspiration when it comes to men's/boy's cards, but yours is fab, and I love your magnolia butterfly card. Yes please - I would love some of your leftover curry - shall I pm you my address - ha ha??????

Furrypig - you didn't scare me - I had a feeling that he was coming last night too - I couldn't get to sleep - I was so uncomfortable and lay awake until about 5 am!!!

Flourgirl - I've only just managed to get on the pc - had guests all day!!!! Your garden is gorgeous - I am so jealous - its so huge too - it must take you hours keeping it in order!!!
