Lovely card The Wife so elegant and classy. The sentiment looks fab and very professional.:T

I love your challenge card Rainmac its beautiful and I love the embossed sentiment:T
Rainmac I hope your little boys behaved themselves at the Dentists yesterday. I eventually got round to making apple and blackberry crumble for tea last night, no ice-cream so we had custard..mmmm...Yummy... some left for tonight too...mmmm... are you drooling :D:p

Yep I am, could easily eat that for breakfast and lunch and dinner too, are you sending some round???

The boys were fab at the dentist, even little Thomas who is only 2 and a half opened his mouth wide for the dentist to have a proper look. Their teeth, and ours are fine but Thomas sucks his thumb and we had a bit of a talking to about that. She said we should ask him to remove his thumb if we see it in his mouth and tell him he is damaging his developing adult teeth. I am not doing that as he doesn't suck his thumb much and gets comfort from it when he does.

Gotta dash - I'm off out to a scrapbooking class.
Have quickly updated my blog and have posted a challenge card and altered container on crafty place
Do you mind if I show your sons blog to my daughter? She's always moaning that she doesn't know other kids that craft (though we have now successfully brainwashed her BFF!)

If he wants to have a peek at her stuff she's here.

xx_Jo_xx your card is lovely - I think it's just right. Really elegant.

Whoopidoo & choccie Sorry that the card and ATC haven't arrived but they are leaving today as I've returned to work.

Hope everyone is well and thinking of saveapenny and hels.

Don't worry at all. I'm afraid mine wont be on it's way to you till tuesday. I have a slight obsession with sealer and like to do that to all my ATC's (All! Only made 3! :p ) and have run out. *shock, horror* So am picking some up on monday when when I go to Hastings (stopping off in Rye to get the sealer) I'm even doing a giveaway on my blog which has been put on hold because I can't seal the duckie I'm giving away. I don't know why I'm like it, I'm not like it with my scrapbook pages  But I just wouldn't feel like your ATC was finished unless it was sealed to within an inch of it's life :rotfl:

Sorry about the mutiple posts - been replying as I read back. Will try and merge them into one....

    Hahaaaaa! Did it!

have finally posted some cards on my blog. most of them were made last week but never quite got round to putting them one. which is annoying as i could have entered 4 challenges.
but one card is for a challenge this week.

do you want a curry sending round yet mel to get you started? i'm having curry on sun could send you my leftovers!!

the wife- i love your card so simple looking but very elegant!!

oh i returned the guilletine and bought some paper embossing plates that don't need a cuttlebug. they are made by fiskers, i'm going to see how much i use them and then maybe save up for the bug.

Wow that's a very talented girl you have there. Tha trifold card is brilliant.
"& son" would be delighted if you showed her his blog. We don't normally have a great deal of time to craft together. He's a very sporty boy; football, rugby, street dance, cross country etc and that takes up most of our evenings but I'm hoping that during the summer holidays, he'll be doing his sporty stuff during the day at summer camps whilst I'm at work which should give him more time to spare in the evening. I have bought him a little cuttlekids for his birthday in September and I sooooo want to give it him now but am going to try and be good.

Wow I really love your kids blogs!!

May I ask what age they are?? Sorry if you have already posted this! DD loves making cards as you may recall as I have posted a couple on here before but she doesn't have any friends that are majorly into it. Mind you neither do I and that is why I come on here and bug you lot!!!

"& son" is 8. His big plan for the summer hols is that I turn the spare bedroom into a craft room so we can both spend "whole days" in there!

Ooh you are so good - I wouldn't be able to resist giving him the Cuttle kid :P

Furrypig my dd is 12. I do have an 8yr old dd who crafts too and has been pestering for a blog for ages so after seeing dawnteabags sons blog (I like how you set it up with your blog) I'll have to let her set one up too when she gets back from her trip. I'll post the linky when she does.

I love it when they craft they have such different styles. Devon is slow and methodical and takes her time, everything has to be lined up and in place and just so. Phoebe, the 8yr old is like a whirlwind. You have to stand back or be glittered from head to toe. Turn around to fetch her something, turn back and she's already finished and off out to play while you are left standing there traumatised! :rotfl:

The robot stamp on my sons card is by papermania. Its 59p in the docrafts sale but there's a hefty postage charge.

We have pouring rain and a thunderstorm here this afternoon. Just glad it started when we got back from town and not before ;)
