mumhug - that must be so scary for you! From what we hear on the news, most people only suffer mildly. I'm sure your little one will soon be running around enjoying the notoriety among her friends.
choccy - I hope your family manage to steer clear of the lurgy.
qwiksave - you're right, very modern! I love your take on the xmas tree.
cgcockcroft - I love your challenge card; I've left a comment on your blog.
Flourgirl - now I really want the nesties.Fab card.
rainmac - 12 cards in one evening? I'd struggle to do 2.
dawnteabag - I've left a comment on &son's blog
melissa - Not long now! It looks like my sister may have her baby before you now. She was due on 2nd August, but will now be born on 20th July. Sis is now in hospital for 2 weeks bed rest (there's a 13 year gap between her ds and this one).
I went to visit sis tonight and parked in the wrong car park. DD told me that the sign said no NHS, I told her it would just mean that it's not a staff car park. DD told me that we had a 10 minute grace period to leave the car park as we weren't meant to park there - I told her that just meant that after we paid at the pay station we'd have 10 minutes to get back to the car and drive out. Guess what? It was a private car park.I went to the pay station, inserted my ticket, and it asked for £50!!:mad:
Luckily DD had noticed that exactly where we were parked (where car park meets footpath) was the one and only spot in the car park that had an average height curb and enough of a gap in the bollards to fit a car through. I hope they don't have CCTV... :rolleyes:some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -

There's a cuttlebug being offered as blog candy. The chances may be slim, but someone has to win it! I've posted the details over on CP; you don't have to have a blog to enter.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0

I am holding back on an alphabet ... I still have my squeeze which I need to sell, and I have loads of Dies which I also need to sell, most of which are unused  I use my cuttlebug so much!
I had a rough night last night, have only had 2 hours sleep due to the pain. I may have to have surgery on my back, but have to see the specialist in Aug
Can someone tell me the difference between skin tones and skin accents? I ordered the tones from joanna sheen this morning ... Choccys naughty elves travelled up in the night and did it for me
No crafting from me yesterday although I really want to craft today even if they are just basic cards although think I need to do a bit of blog hopping first for inspiration.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
JHB - thank you for the fab links
qwiksave - fab Christmas card, so funky!!!
mumhug - huge virtual hugs to your daughter, bless her, hope she's soon on the mend x
cgcockcroft - your Christmas card is beautiful, I love the image and all the pink
Mel - I was only in hospital with DS2 for the minimum 6 hours. Maybe make a list before you start packing? I am such a list maker, I have lists all over the place! Thinking of you, so wish you had taken me up on my offer to come and stay, I'd look after you and do your packing x

Oh no poor you! I had a carp night's sleep last night, maybe I was subconsciously aware that you were awake and buying up all the craft materials in the UK so there'd be none left for me???:rotfl:Hope you can get some rest today x
