Here's a few freebie sites I've come across - not sure if the links have been posted before?
Grab Some Stash - from what I can gather they regularly post links to different free downloads.
Raspberry Road Designs - the latest freebie link on the above site is from this shop.
Freebie Friday - has a new download every week (I think it's always an image). They're also featuring a link to a new sketch challenge.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -

She has been given the tami-flu drugs but obviously I have a little one (3 )so am a bit cncered about him. Also I fall into the high risk category. A bit of a nightmare all in all.In Perfect love and Perfect Trust.0

I was just coming on here to say the same thing as mumhug. I just collected my sons from school and they both have letters about confirmed cases of swineflu at their schools. 1 is primary and 1 in Comprehensive. The comprehensive its effected 2 boys and a teacher. The primary school is a girl. Both schools are on high alert and have zero tollerance now for ill children.
Sending mumhugs daughter huge hugs and hopes that you all escape this nasty flu.furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -

Oh My!! How awful for you and your family! How do you think your daughter got it? Do you think it was from school? What are the symptoms like? How is she? Sorry for all the questions, but it would be useful to know what to look out for. Sending virtualhugs to all your family.I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0 -

Hi yes i think that she has got it from school. The symtoms are just flu like symtoms. Hope this helps. In Perfect love and Perfect Trust.0 -
I'm so so sorry for those of you affected by swine flu - how awful!! _pale_
I know very little about it (I deliberately don't watch the news as it triggers off depression/anxiety in me) but my thoughts and prayers are with you all."Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and Absurdities have crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can."

Just incase mumhug is sorting her poorlies out
The letter we received from school states. That the symptoms at present are not severe- much like a cold with a temperaturefurrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:

Couldn't wait to have a play with my new nesties, so made this ultra quick card using Basic Grey Sugared papers and the free stamp from last months Creativity mag.
That's beautiful!! :T
However this is officially the least moneysaving thread I can think of!! Everytime I look at the wonderful creations you all make/hear of how much fun you're having with your new toys I am sooooo tempted to spend money!!
So much so that I when i was in town today I bought the Woodware Fingerguard trimmer (it can do different patterned borders :j) but this now means that the Stampin Up Scallop Border punch which I only recieved this morning :doh:is no longer needed by me so I'm trying to sell it!
I MUST stop my reckless spending on craft stuff. I will spend my time feeling guilty otherwise."Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and Absurdities have crept in.

Quiksave - great xmas card, its really clever how you've made the tree.
Jailhousebabe - thanks for the links.
Mumhug - sending hugs to you and your family.
Well ladies - I am panicking - I've just gone upstairs to pack my bag for the hospital and I can't remember for the life of me how much stuff to pack???? How many nappies/ baby grows do I need - aahhhh!!! Its stupid really as I only live a 5 min walk away from the hospital.0 -
Just wanted to pop on and send big hugs to mumhug and also to choccy, hope your littlies are on the mend soon. I am so shocked by hearing about this but like npsmama I know very little about it. So sorry if I seem ignorant.
Flourgirl your card is beautiful.
Skiergirl - I love your new christmas card! Very funky!!
Melissa chill out a bit!! ... you will put yourself in hospital sooner if you don't calm down!! When I had DD I packed 3 sleepsuits, 3 vests and I forgot my nappies but we werent allowed to use our own in the hospital anyway unless they were washables so you ought to just ring and check. I also took 2 blankets and a going home outfit for baby. Remember most hospitals won't allow you to leave the hospital now without a car seat.
Hope this helps you ... I was on a 6 hour discharge, I had her at 4:19am and was home by about 11am  I did however use all my sleepsuits and vests ... she decided to pooh whilst I was trying to get her clean from the poo before :rotfl:Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
