I'm sorry about your cat Rusty - I'm getting a life support system for ours as OH wants a parrot after her and I'm scared stiff of the things! If she's any more trouble might be posting her in a box to some lucky person - she woke us up last night throwing up on the landing - why does she always do it there and not on the tiles in the kitchen

Have decided Doctors are pants - my friends doctor told her MIL she had secodary cancer on her liver (she's in remission from bowel cancer) but once it was investigated properly (3 weeks later) it's the cyst that she's had all along!!!! Strangely enough it ruined their holiday to Fuertaventura

I use WD40 to clean my scissors but have also used oven cleaner amongst other things :D.

I don't mind volunteering to organise another challenge on CP Saveapenny - I enjoyed doing the ATC one this month.
Am off to pack up my latest eBay sales and watch the tennis - my laptop is making me far too warm plus I have ironing to do as I broke the iron yesterday so had to get a new one on the way to work - half price but it's very girly pink hope OH won't refuse to use it :p
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Well there was quite a few bits of Christmas crafty stuff in the clearance section at Hobbycrafts today, I nipped in and confess to spending just over £4 was v good! i wondered round thinking how expensive it all was compared to the online shops! The x cut guillotine was £34.99! Wow!

Also just so we all know we are not alone talking about christmas crafting...on QVC tomorrow there is an earlybird christmas special on from 2pm until 5pm I think I am recording it!

Snap... I went to Hobbycraft today in Sheffield and OH went to PC World for some paper and didn't get anything and much to his suprise I only bought a Creativity Magazine. I just couldn't believe the prices they are extortionate compared to what we pay on the internet even taking into consideration the p&p. A woman in front of me at the till spent £73 and it easy went into a small carrier:eek: I bet she could have saved £25 on the net.
We have been to Meadowhall too I popped into Poundland to look for some stubby pens and I tripped over a wire basket someone had left on the floor and almost ripped off 2 toenails and scraped my arm. A woman stood behind me started smiling at me, I nearly ripped her head off! So for the next 10 minutes I was hobbling round with my toes bleeding. It's just sore now and looks a bit of a mess. DH took me BHS for a drink, he got a coffee and I had tea but no cups and no one to ask so we walked out and went to M&S and had a lovely afternoon tea, it was really yummy.

Do any of you experienced Cuttle babes no the cheapest place for nesties please?

I don't think it is too early to start making Xmas cards. I wish I was in a position where I could start making mine so have less to do nearer Xmas so can enjoy the run up a bit more ;)

Create and craft have been going on all week about Christmas cards and have loads of offers on already :rotfl:

I already have some as when I got out a few weeks ago (lol makes the house sound like a prison- I guess sometimes it is ) I got some mags in WHSmith and it turns out one is full of Christmas stuff.. as it's last year's issue!!! ... ah well guess I have some Christmas papers already then :rotfl: but it wasn't obvious from the front of the mag it was last year's!
