Making cards - Ideas for a card craft beginner (part 2)

I have to add that I quite like it when my hubby is away. Like he is now in fact. He went on Saturday to China and this is his 4th time in 3 months! He's due to come back on Friday but sometimes when he gets there they need him to stay longer. Hope he doesn't have to this time, we're hoping to go camping next weekend and I need him to help put the tent up!
On Sunday I had a lie in and my two boys had got up by themselves. I went into the bathroom and spotted some curls of hair on the floor. My 7 year old had decided he needed a hair cut and done it himself!:eek::eek: Fortunately he had only done the front rather than all over but even so! Its an emergency trip to the barbers for us tonight after school!
 I can't believe he tried to do it himself!!!
I think the whole working away thing I just need to get used to again, he hasn't worked away in over a year he finished just before I moved up with the kids so since being here we're always known him to be home every night, plus the 5/6 months he has been out of work lol.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Rusty - I am like a sugar fairy when my OH first goes away and live off chocolate and cakes for the first few days ! So I spend a fortune on comfort eating :rotfl: He has gone back to work this week just when I had started to get used to him being back. He is then off for 10 weeks
Qwiksave - I quite like being on my own as well - I just love the fact that I am not being asked 100 times a day where everything is ! The thought of your son has made me smile ! Thank goodness he did not manage to get to the back :eek:0 -

Not sure why but the whole stance etc etc and to be honest they will never reveal the true stig I don't think! although what a fab ferrari! I want one!!!!! just don't have a million pounds, nor will I have whilst I have 2 kids and a cardmaking addiction!!!
Thanks for the hugsx
I am so gullable (sp?) I assumed Michael Schmacker was the real Stig and my OH laughed out loud saying I was wrong. He said there was no way Ferrari would trust just anyone with that super posh car. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

OH said he thought it was Lewis Hamilton to start with, I told him he was wrong ... then he also said it can't be as ferrari wouldn't let hamilton touch it, and he then said schumacker purely because they only trust him
