I will indeed enjoy having the massive bed to myself!! but it is all the other little things that we have done together over the last 5 months, silly things like him being able to change the odd nappy and help tidy up etc etc I now have to do it all :rotfl: but I am soooooo glad he is back to work for his sanity more than anything :) I used to leave the housework til the Fri when he would come home lol I best not this time though!

The stig is a fake!! It isn't really him I don't think. Not sure why but the whole stance etc etc and to be honest they will never reveal the true stig I don't think! although what a fab ferrari! I want one!!!!! just don't have a million pounds, nor will I have whilst I have 2 kids and a cardmaking addiction!!!

Thanks for the hugs :) x

    Hello Everyone

I am so behind with all the posts that I am starting again from this page, so apologies to anyone that I have not personally thanked. I have looked at all your creations and they are all lovely :T:T

Rusty - Try to keep your spirits up and keep smiling. The first few days are always the worst and then the "survival" instinct kicks in ! If you are like me you will end up enjoying the time - just think no pants or smelly socks to wash for a few days :rotfl: Take care of yourself x

Rainmac - Beautiful cards (as always !)

Mrs Tidge - I love your fantasy card and your other Pollycraft card is great too

Gemm - Enjoy your day off - a whole day crafting you lucky thing :D

I'm off to blog land now !

Also, I forgot to say !

I would like to donate a prize for the challenge (either this one or a future one). I am not too sure how it works so just let me know when I am needed !

Emma I won't miss the smelly socks! lol I think it is just me feeling sorry for myself! lol he stopped working away cause he hated it but has had no choice but to take this job purely because it is that ... a job! so hopefully he will like it etc etc.

I did however come to the conclusion that as I have managed to cover shifts next week at work (cleaning all week so can take DD with me and she can annoy her nanny) then I was entitled to buy myself 1 stamp per week ... I thought it was a fab idea .... except I stumbled at the first hurdle .... 3 stamps just fell in my basket and paid for themselves from Sir stampalot!!!!

Must behave myself now for the next 2 weeks :rotfl: plus side is that OH isn't here so won't know when they arrive and I can pretend that I already had them :rotfl:

I have to add that I quite like it when my hubby is away. Like he is now in fact. He went on Saturday to China and this is his 4th time in 3 months! He's due to come back on Friday but sometimes when he gets there they need him to stay longer. Hope he doesn't have to this time, we're hoping to go camping next weekend and I need him to help put the tent up!

On Sunday I had a lie in and my two boys had got up by themselves. I went into the bathroom and spotted some curls of hair on the floor. My 7 year old had decided he needed a hair cut and done it himself!:eek::eek: Fortunately he had only done the front rather than all over but even so! Its an emergency trip to the barbers for us tonight after school! :D
