Good Morning - I'm also feeling much better than yesterday - Thankyou. Glad you are too Rainmac

Louby - hope todays happenings aren't as bad as you anticipate. (((hugs)))

Padster - I do love your turn of phrase 'run over' yesterday & 'swimming thro' custard' today - I just know how you feel in a few words.:rotfl:

Melissa I love the ATC you sent me!! :j
You're a natural with ATCs judging by that one!

I've just realised we have a little boy's birthday party this afternoon so I need to get cracking and make a card for him. Babysitter here for 2hrs so I plan to spend 2 lovely hours palying with my stash. :D

I've posted on my blog about a Bargain Box of cardmaking stuff I bought. Pictures and summary here: http://justbecauseitmakesmesmile.blogspot.com/
As can be expected there was stuff in there that I don't really want so if anyone wants to do a swap with some handmade/mulberry paper pop along to CP and take a look: http://craftyplace.yuku.com/topic/147

Fifi folle - lovely pram card - I like your "button" wheels. I am "following" you too!!
Flourgirl - sorry your festival got rained off.
Rusty - hope it goes okay today and that you feel better soon.
Jailhousebabe - beautiful card. Love the combination of the red and blue together, and your image, papers and ribbon look fab.
Paddingtondoo - my cartridges arrived yesterday too. I think I got about 1.50 cashback - brilliant!!! I've got to figure out how to put it in now!
Louby-lou-lou - great card, I'm sure they will be very impressed with it. I love how you've used the gold card for matting and layering up the image.
Well I am very pleased with myself today. I managed to do two challenge cards over the weekend and yesterday I managed to do my card swap card and my ATC for the crafty place, so I am actually organised for once!

You have done what you could.

cg, your niece will love your card as much as we all do, is that an Anya stamp you've coloured?

Louby, thats an interesting card, where did you find the image for the 50th birthday?

Melissa We stayed at the festival to the end we were ok in the caravan but the people who were in small tents were wet through inside. We were lucky to be able to dry out inbetween concerts. Our friends did go on to finish their holiday but we decided to come home, we are both retired so can go anytime the sun shines :D

You are very organised with your challenge and swap cards, I really need to get mine done this week. I have said I will do an ATC swap but I'm panicking a bit as I have never done one before

Hope the poorly people are feeling much better today. I need to go to the Drs about my shoulder it's geting worse, Ibuprophen won't work anymoreand it's hurting like heck this morning.
Must go and do something, will catch up later.

Any Wordle people in the house? Can you change your design to specific colours? I am looking for girly colours, pink, lilac, light blue, pale yellow etc. The theme for the US card swap I'm in is for 'girlfriends and the things you did when you were young'. If I can remember that far back we were mostly interested in make-up and boys, not necessarily in that order.

Paddingtondoo - I managed to get my new cartridge in!! I've still got to do my summer card for the crafty place - I must get my thinking cap on for that one. I hope your custard has cleared now!
Npsmama - I'm glad you liked your ATC - its only the second one that I've made, so I was a little nervous making it. For this month's swap I've done one of the fat pages instead. I've had a look on your blog but it wont let me see pics of your bargains.
Flourgirl - if you're unsure about making the ATC you could do the fat page instead - its just like making a card really, I found it a bit easier than the ATC as its bigger. It must be great having the caravan and just being able to "get up and go" when you want!! I really need a holiday!!
Well I'm meant to be cleaning and sorting through the kids bedroom today. Its a really small room but there's so much stuiff crammed in there. I'm just having a little break and a coffee!! If you don't hear from me in a while its because I'm buried underneath a mountain of lego, potato head men and transformers.

Louby - hugs to you, you know where we are if you fancy a chat x

Mel - I tried to be super organised too and have also made my Crafty Place swap card and ATC. I really, really enjoyed making the ATC but am now worried it's too plain... I too need to sort my boys' rooms but think that is a job for tomorrow when I should have a bit more time.

My 'work' is in print :p...

This is the letters page of Cross Stitch Crazy and 3 of my Easter cards are in there :jI think they have edited/re-worded my 'blurb' but I am thrilled to see my cards in a magazine, very exciting! When I found out this was going to be printed I sent an email to Crafts Beautiful with a pic of a card I made after seeing a feature in their magazine and they said they will print that card in a forthcoming issue :D
