fifi, here's me http://craftywife.blogspot.com/ and I am fluttering by you too.
I hope everyone who's had a rotten Monday has a much better Tuesday and feels loads better. I was so bored at work today, (boss is on holiday) that I went out in the grounds and did some weeding. Now, the back aches, still, its better than an aching b*m from sitting all day.
JHB The turquoise card is lovely. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
here is my entry into the latest challenge. it was quite difficult as i favour simplicity so struggled at 1st to get going, but really like the end result, so thank you for the challenge.
if you haven't attempted it give it a go!!!0 -
cgcockcroft Fab challenge card love the glittery embossed image.:T I am sure your niece will love it. I wanted to keep it simple so everyone could add their own embellishments, to see how many different looking cards we could make from the same sketch. I'm glad you enjoyed making yours and thank-you for taking part.:T0

She grinch - What a good idea for an 18th card, I always find it hard to get suitable cards for young men but something on these lines would be good for any of my nephews (I'd have to use baby/child pics of them)
I used the motivator application on this site, http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/
I have made a couple of others but as the recipients look at this thread I daren't post them yet lol!;)Pucker up and kiss it Whoville! - The Grinch:kiss:0 -

Gorgeous card, love the embossing
I for one am feeling better today, still sore but better, now need to get my bum in gear and get my kiddies out of bed and ready for school! Hugs to everyone x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Marg My GD loved it, she was so good I was really proud of her, it was her first music festival and she loved it . We had a great time taking her to the childrens shows, our God Daughter (7) was there too so they both had someone to play with. Our friends commented on how well behaved and well mannered she was so that pleased me too.
I'm a Fifi Folles Flutterby Follower too
I'm not surprised you were proud, I am always proud of mine when they behave in 'public' which to be honest doesn't happen as often as I'd like :wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Good morning everyone,
I've just been catching up on all the blogs, fab cards everyone. I've made a few over the weekend I'll try and post them later today!
Have a good day everyone x:xmassmile Looking forward to December:xmassmile0 -
I had an order last night to make for today! grr! I didn't mind it took my mind off something happening today for a bit. I am so nervous and worried i thought i was going to be sick.
it's a bit of an odd one but this is what they wanted. There is a camera flash in the middle but it is ment to be the league of extraordinary gentlemen from the graphic novel.
jailhousebabe i love your card, I have those papers too. I got them reduced from hobby craft.
hugs rusty thinking of you.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
I hope everyone's feeling a bit better today.
Fifi folle - lovely pram card - I like your "button" wheels. I am "following" you too!!
Flourgirl - sorry your festival got rained off.
Rusty - hope it goes okay today and that you feel better soon.
Jailhousebabe - beautiful card. Love the combination of the red and blue together, and your image, papers and ribbon look fab.
Paddingtondoo - my cartridges arrived yesterday too. I think I got about 1.50 cashback - brilliant!!! I've got to figure out how to put it in now!
Louby-lou-lou - great card, I'm sure they will be very impressed with it. I love how you've used the gold card for matting and layering up the image.
Well I am very pleased with myself today. I managed to do two challenge cards over the weekend and yesterday I managed to do my card swap card and my ATC for the crafty place, so I am actually organised for once!0 -
Well done Melissa75 - you're so organised.
Fortunately my original cartridges are still ok so hopefully they will last until OH comes back.
I need a kick up the bum at the mo - despite going to bed early last night I still feel like I'm swimming through custard todayOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
