Thanks Marg, hope you are feeling better soon too x

I have decided that as I am off work & can't do much housework because of my shoulder that I'm going to try & set a blog up for myself! I'm feeling left out as all the rest of you seem to have one! lol Where do I start though? Can someone let me know the link of the site that they used to get it all set up please? Thanks

Sorry I haven't posted for a couple of days I am in the grips of agony!!

I have lost all the feeling in my foot and part of my leg, I had to call the docs and it turns out it is normal and they now know for sure I have a slipped disc  I am currently [strike]sat[/strike] stuck in the chair unable to move and waiting for OH to get in (his battery is flat so hopefully it will be soon or I will have to call MIL and ask her to come get the kids!)

Hope everyone feels a bit better soon sending massive hugs to you all.

I will be AWOL for a couple of days, going to my G'dads funeral tomorrow and leaving about 5am to get down there :(

Hopefully I will be back and making cards properly soon xx

Edit: sorry I was very rude, beautiful cards everyone, Fifi I love the gran one you did, looks very elegant!

fifi, beautiful cards all of them but I love the embossed one the most, very simple but beautifully coloured. Did you buy the card already embossed or did you emboss it yourself?

I started my blog only last week and I didn't realise how simple it was and you learn about your blog and what you can do all the time.

To start, goes to anyones blog and in the top right hand corner you see a tab marked 'create a blog' I am sure someone said here that the hardest part is to name your blog (fifi's follies :rotfl:) and it's true, if you're stuck come back and someone will always help.

Hi Girlies I am home early from my week away in the caravan due to rain and MUD MUD MUD and more MUD. We have been at the Southwell Music Festival and it has rained and rained. Some unfortunate people who were camping were just flooded out and had to pack up and go home, so we were lucky. At the moment I'm suffering from severe sleep deprevation and trench foot:rolleyes:. I chucked out all our friends at 1/4 to 1 this morning just as someone else was starting a singaround  don't know what time that finished I must have gone to sleep, then up early this morning to try getting off the campsite, fortunately we have a 4x4 and we were pointing downhill so we just about managed. We will go away again when the sun shines:D

Rusty Happy Belated Birthday, I hope you had a lovely day x

Rainmac Sorry to hear your little boy hasn't been well and that your neck and shoulder have been giving you trouble (join the club)

Saveapenny I hope you are feeling much better today, you seem to have had more than your fair share of illness this year

Anyone else who has been ill or just under the weather I hope you are feeling much better

Well done to you all for the beautiful cards and ATCs you have been making :T:T:T it sound like you have all been spending again. On necessary items of course :D I really need to be good and not spend this month so dont think I will look at the links. Thank you for posting them though.

I think I have caught up with the posts on here just need to do the same on CP and everyones blogs and leave comments.

The Wife Thanks for the tips about the blog, I'll give it a go! The embossed card was a bought one, can't remember where from at the moment. It was very simple to make but I thought it looked quite effective.
