    Hello all,

Wow, I only miss half a day and there's loads to catch up on already!

Thank you to everyone who commented on my cards, sincerely.

Going back to an earlier discusssion about buying cards - I think it's fine to, sometimes you just don't have time to make one do you and I also don't want to waste handmade on someone who won't appreciate it.

Kim_Possible - your pink apron card is absolutely gorgeous, I love the background paper.

flourgirl - you green apron card is lovely and your sport one is great, well done.

Qwicksave - what a fantastic idea to make a card from a cd, I love it!

Furrypig - I know someone who would just LOVE your Chelsea card. Good time to be a Cheslea fan at the moment isn't it?!

Mumhug - your football card is fab and I love the images.

Fifi - what a great beer card. I love your butterfly ones too and how you've used the paper on the first one.

Npsmama - your blog cards are lovely, my particular favourite is the pink and yellow one.

Mrs Tidge - what a great start to your blog and I love the 3d standing cake.

Can I ask a question... what is basic grey? Is this something amazing I'm yet to discover but my purse strings will wish I never do?!

Lucy Lu - basic grey is a make of card making/ scrapbooking products. A lot of us love their papers on here and use them all the time, they also do a lot of co-ordinating embellishments but these can be expensive. If you look on a lot of people's blogs you'll see a lot of the papers.

I've been so impressed by the beautiful and creative cards that have been posted here! :T:T

I've had a busy weekend annoyingly ending in a migraine today but hopefully I can sleep it off.

here's my entry for the men's card challenge. (Saveapenny, I wanted to put my card on CraftyPlace but I wasn't sure where? Sorry) :

I've also added some more Tilda ones to my blog: http://justbecauseitmakesmesmile.blogspot.com/

Lovely card npsmama :T I like how the image sits in the spiral circle. It must have taken ages to cut out all the pieces.

Mrs Tidge I'm also a follower on your blog. I love the slice of cake card, I think it's very clever:T
Fifi Folle Pretty cards, I love the butterflies the look so delicate:T
Lucy Lu I am a big fan of Basic Grey too, I love the quality of the papers or should I say "quantity" They make things so easy to match up.

    Melissa It's only money........:D

I have just bought K&Co Sparkly Sweet 6x6 pad and the quality is really poor and not up to their usual standard. It feels more like they have used recycled paper

Glad you like my cards, thanks for all your kind comments

npsmama hope your migraine goes soon. Great challenge card & I think all the others on your blog are really good too

flourgirl they are real bottle tops. I just used a couple of layers of sticky foam to stick them on. My bf & my Dad now know to open their bottles carefully so they don't bend the tops & not to throw them out as they are needed for cardmaking! lol :rotfl:
