Can I call this my 'green' MSE challenge card please? I agonised over it - eventually decided it would have to do for my friends birthday today but it seemed so heavy when it was done I took it round last night rather than risk the postmen charging her for it! The bottom flower & stems were from craftwork cards, the 70 I made myself:eek: using scalloped circles and chalks and the others were papermania ones I've had for ever. The card base also came from craftwork cards and I printed the yellow background - only the very tips of the back 'missed' the ink.

All these May birthdays!! This was a topper I got off a card sent to me (very MSE) so I scanned it and made a pretty background of my own with flowers etc. Phew! almost glad its over!!

Rainmac - I sorted so much rubbish out yesterday I feel so much better!! Trouble is though we had a new bed delivered today so I had to help OH put it together - so I'm exhausted again!!
Sallyuk - not cheeky at all - I don't think I've got anything in red - I'll have a check!!! Your card is lovely - I like how you've decorated the inside - and I love that shade of purple.
Saveapenny - beautiful challenge card - I love your subtle colours and those fabric yellow flowers are fab!
CT19720 - what a fantastic job - restoring tapestries at Hampton Court!!! A stitched card would be very suitable!! I love your green card!
Gemm - hope you have a fab holiday!
Rusty - fantastic cards - I'm glad you liked the paper (it was from the sultry range), great way of using the card candy. Good luck to your OH, and I hope court went okay today.
Furrypig - great idea - but I'd rather just give it away on here - much less effort!!!
Mumhug - great cards - I love the rock hard fairies - they're such original images!
EmmaOC - sorry to hear your sad news.
Marg - great cards, the "funny" one is my favourite!

Massive good luck wishes Rusty, hope it goes as well as it can xxxxxxx

Who mentioned thorntons?? I could murder for some of them lol

Thanking you all for the support. It was horrible and nasty :( I fell out with the solicitor aswell and told her what I thought of her. but the good news is that it has been listed for a final hearing ... even though we haven't agreed on anything as he can't make his mind up!!! :( I am in a foul mood and want to sit and cry the rest of the day away :( Now it is time to get on with normality again! I am sorry if I haven't commented on blogs etc :( I have been so wrapped up in this mess that I have struggled to get through the days! then the pain on top has just about finished me off.

Actually no ... scrap that I am going to go and see if I can cheer myself up and make a card! .... pics to follow hopefully.

Marg - Fabulous cards ... think my fave out of them all is your green challenge! really eye catching and pretty!

Flourgirl - Watch out for your postyman, I posted it first class about 20 mins ago hopefully will arrive safely with you. I absolutely love your new card, looks sooooo pretty. I think it is the cupcake papers I have? not sure though?
I think I really need to indulge in some flowers :)

Saveapenny - gorgeous pictures of Harry. Hope you had a lovely day with him today. Fab green challenge card.

Rusty - thanks for the image - they are perfect and will have a play colouring them in over the weekend. Sorry court didn't go as you wanted today.

Sally - beautiful cards - love the purple paper - never seen anything like that before.

Marg - lovely cards - really like the wedding one and the weasle card is very cleverly done :T. Can I ask what font colour you have used on this card, presuming you have printed it directly onto the card. Whenever I try to print in a silvery colour it is either too dark or not dark enough.

Spent the afternoon making a birthday card from my boys to my OH today. It has come out really well - but can't put it on here or my blog until Sunday as he is liable to look on both before he gets it.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
