Hello - birthdays coming thick & fast for me at the moment & inspiration vanished! Hope to post some of my 'computer based' cards later tonight.

Hope you are soon feeling better JHB -so frustrating to miss your gig and too close to the event to try to sell your tickets. Shame none of us live nearer to you.

Rusty - Glad you saw proper doctor at last & hope when you are driven to take the pills they do the trick for you. NON medical advice - coedine can sometimes cause constipation. Think your black & red card is so striking love it! Hope all goes your way on Friday.

Choccy - can I call you that? - hope you soon feel better - get plenty of vaseline on your nose to stop the Rudolph look (it'll never catch on!) I usually use tissues but when I have a cold I use some of my dad's old hankies - so soothing as they've been washed so often.

Rainmac - hope you & the boys had a lovely party tea at M & D's and Mum is feeling better.

Saveapenny - sorry to hear about your oven - have you got a microwave? it's amazing how many 'ping' things you can do in them if push comes to shove. I'm not keen but had to manage for ages when having kitchen done a few years ago.(cowboy builders)

I've just added some cards to my blog. My favourites are definitely the gorjuss girls (thanks again rusty). I've another card using the Laura Ashley papers, but haven't been able to take a decent photo of it - I'll try in the morning when the light's better.

I might try to have a go at the crafty place challenge tonight.

    Hi all

I went to Hobbycraft today and found some reduced ribbon which happens to perfectly match the new daisy and dandelion papers! Hoping to make something with it soon and put it on my blog. Was only 49p so I picked up a few!

Lovely cards on your blog Jailhouse Babe:T:T the papers you have used are really pretty. Its such a shame you can't get to the gig after you have been looking forward to it for so long:mad: Still your health is more important.

Beautiful cards JailhouseBabe - left a comment on your blog. Hope you are feeling better very soon.

Welcome to all the newbies, you will soon get as hooked as the rest of us :rotfl:

Fabulous cards everyone - too many to mention, but they are all gorgeous. I'll catch up and comment on blogs later tonight.

Love you black and white card rusty - can I ask which size corner punch you bought on ebay please, seeing your beautiful images has made me want one too :D

Rainmac - can you let us know what you have to do with the ticket from Tescos you receive to go to the Hobbycraft show in November please - i'd be interested in going too, and as it happens I have some vouchers to use up buy the end of July. Would anyone else be going and travelling up from London??

Haven't had time to be crafty this week, work has been really busy, so sorry i've not been posting much, but have been reading the thread.

Have yet to submit a card for this week's creative card crew challenge - have to say that I am struggling to think of anything 'minimalistic'.

I brought a corner punch very similar to this in hobbycraft on sat and they were reduced to £2.59 if that helps anyone.
