thanks for suggestions on how to glue the wire emblishments. I was concerned about the dried glue showing up on the card

bun bun - love the card - really classy looking

rainmac - never knew you had a blog..............super cards - where do you find the time, let alone the imagination for them all.

saveapenny - another lot of lovely cards on your blog and such a tidy craft room................not like that very often I bet.............lol

With mse down yesterday I thought I'd use up some of my bits of card to make up some cards for the breast unit at the local hospital - felt quite pleased that I'd reduced my paper and then what do I do this morning ? I go and order some from 'make the moments' like that rainmac put on the other week...................lol (Not told OH yet...........) Might use the ones I've ordered(or some of them) for a photo/scrapbook for mums friend - it might actually get me around to actually going through photos and stuff I've been putting off.

Only had the blog about a month mary but keep making stuff!!! With MSE down all weekend I've had a bit more time to make bits and bobs.

I haven't got loads (yet ;)), bought a couple from ebay, craftsulove had a sale on, crafterscove had a couple in the sale... think that's it? I got a second hand one from ebay and tested it and it cut fine so that could be a way to go to keep cost down?

I am wanting more stamps now, does anyone know of anywhere cheaper for unmounted stamps?

hi everyone, glad MSE is back up and running again, everytime I got my laptop out this weekend I nearly clicked onto here before I remembered lol :rotfl:

At least I got my easter cards done instead of sitting on here! I entered one of them for the Creative card crew challenge as it was textured so that killed 2 birds with one stone ;)

bunbun - lovely credit crunch card, I am loving the monochrome look ;) well done

rainmac - fab cards on your blog, have left you a comment :)

saveapenny - love your bookatrix card, it looks so detailed and as though a lot of work has gone into it :T

hope everyone else has had a crafty weekend without MSE to distract us so badly :rotfl:

Thanks everyone for your nice comments on my blog

Rainmac that would be lovely if your sure you dont mind. I have some faux gem ones if you like I can send you some of those and I have some small pearl ones
Just let me know and will send you some

The bookatrix cards are realy very easy and dont take a lot of work at all. It was the little bunch of flowers that took the time I just couldnt get them right. Usualy I edge all the pages with peel offs which usualy what takes the time and waiting for the box to dry

Im stil finding feathers all over the place because once you cut them the bits fly everywhere
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

    Hello
Really Beautiful cards, bunbun, rainmac, & saveapenny, think they are all I've seen since MSE came back - sorry if I've missed anyone - think I've checked all the blogs. I even tried to make one of my own over the weekend but couldn't make it look nice like all of yours but will keep at it as time permits.

Sorry, I didn't get back with hearts Saveapenny. I finished my Footie card with help of your link - I eventually changed what I'd intended to do, (a wordle & badge on top of a footie pitch) then lo & behold just seen your challenge card! Are you psychic? I was trying for hours to print the footie pitch direct onto the card but my printer isn't up to printing straight so I gave up....will put pic on here tomorrow plus my credit crunch card.

My order from Craftwork cards came on Saturday - lovely things to play with including scalloped cards. Now got to do my Easter cards.

Poor you, The-Wife - I know how awful that can feel even when you've done nothing wrong they make me feel guilty......
