Thank you all for your supportive comments:A - just having a bad patch.

Skiergirl - Don't bin them -the prams are very fiddly to do - If I can do it so can you!

Marg - you're definitely being too harsh on yourself! I can't see the 1st card too clearly, but I'm sure it's fine. The football card is fantastic; I'm not surprised it took so long to make, especially with the detail on the insert - and the last card is really pretty. I do hope you haven't binned any of them!
Skiergirl - I can empathise with you completely. I've got two partially made cards sitting on the windowsill. I just can't decide how I want to finish them off, so I'm hoping that by keeping them out where I can see them I'll eventually have some inspiration!
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

I do that too sometimes, can't decide quite what to put where and rather than rushing it and maybe not liking it, I put the card to one side and look again later ;)

Melissa thanks for the info, I think this will be something for my Christmas wish list:rotfl:we've got a binding machine in work but the binds are black and quite chunky so I don't think it would look that nice!

Busy today but have time to post a card. Marg your cards are lovely. I got some primas from ebay and was most disgusted to find them really tatty, after I gave good feedback of course.....

Lovely card gangstabird - I wish I could cut out letters so neatly. Sorry about your flowers - how annoying!

The bit that really really annoyed me was that the original offer was for 25 but I ordered 2 separately and paid double postage. I emailed and asked for a few extra flowers but honestly they didn't come across as the way they looked in the photo and most were tiny ones.

    Oh Well, c'est la vie:D

I really really want a machine that cuts letters. I absolutely refuse to spend anymore though. I have sizzix alphas etc and they cost a fortune and I doubt I could sell them for anything near what I paid.

Well here are some pretty dodgy photos of my latest efforts.

The top one was my first credit crunch effort which only stood me at an A5 card & envelope, 20p the image was one I lifted from my Xmas Pudding box and added some words. Going in the bin now.

The bottom one credit crunch was an image I already had on the pc to which I added some butterflies and a bow 10p max plus card @20p On reflection both pretty poor.

The middle one has cost me hours and hours! as my first plan failed. It wasn't a credit crunch one even though it looks that way! I 'pinched' CT19720's idea of a wordle including the recipients name with the football team he supports and used the team colours to mount it. I put the team badge on the inside courtesy of saveapenney. I think he'll like it........it does look better in 'real life' than the photo.

End of Easter term report reads "marg must do better":rotfl:

Marg you deserve a slap on the wrist! dont be so hard on yourself, all your cards are beautiful :T
