    Thanks flourgirl and yes it is mulberry paper I think!! Thanks for comment re paper flower got the idea from somewhere on the internet wish I could remember where!

    I make tactile / braille cards for the visually impaired
    this is for an order for a blind talented pianist

    sunrise - that card is lovely, it looks so textured, the blind pianist will love being able to feel the card I'm sure!

    debsy i love the cards and the baskets are wonderful.
    Flourgirl those stitching cards are really pretty I really dont know where you get the patience.
    Furrypig all your cards are lovely and your talent obviously runs in the family.
    sunrise your tactile card is brilliant it is such a wonderful idea

    just popping in again to say that I've uploaded my mother's day card (attempt at a triangle box one!) to my blog, couldn't do it before today as I know my mum reads my blog, and sometimes even this thread lol (think she's spying on me....Hi mum!) :rotfl:

    Brilliant cards everyone!

    I need to make a new home card for a very very special and brave lady which has to be waiting at her new home in one weeks time :rolleyes:

    I have only ever made a couple of new home cards and am really stumped for ideas :confused:

    I want it to be special, but my brain has gone to mush :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Anyone have any ideas or links to inspire me? :D

    Gemma - My mum reads my blog as well and I've realiased I was going to blog about her 50th birthday scrapbook, wont be able to now lol. She's actually a follower all the way from sunny barry island. Think that was her username lol.
