2 Easter cards just finnished this morning. They are on pearlised cards, have a stitched frame and the flowers are 5 layers of decoupage. I have also made boxes for them to go in as they are far too deep for envelopes. They took ages to do so are only for special friends!

Great stash debsy - I got my quickcutz squeeze from them and couldn't resist some of the sale stuff also. I'll bet the mums were pleased with their cards and chocky boxes, they're lovely.

Thank you all for your comments on my mothers day stuff this is how you make the box

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MBbGq4Nv-4&NR=1

i have'nt got the crafters companion so just used a ruler, its a bit like the template for the exploding box.
i used an hole punch for the holes and brought two opposite corners together and threaded ribbon through then the other two and tied and cut it.
then put a bigger bow on to hide that.I then put tissue paper in to make it fuller.
just make sure you put your designs on the front the right way up, has i did one of mine upside down at first.:rotfl:
i'm going to be making these for christmas with small smellies in, and you could do them for new babies with vests and socks in and a small teddy.
    the card i used was 12 x 12
