aww Furrypig!! *hugs* Crafting women are just horrible.. they get published in a mag and think they're superstars. That is why I love coming here and hanging about with kind and real people that get excited by each others work and encourage each others success.

But you are our very own superstar plm - I don't mean that you're horrible just crafty

And on that subject have just voted for you :D
Fabulous work again but those papers are icky
    Don't forget to vote

someone on another forum said they would make good bestman / bridegroom cards and funnily enough we had a couple round on Saturday ( we're putting their wedding invites together ) and the man fell in love with them for his bestmen ( he's got 2 ) but wanted them a bit bigger so this is what hubby came up with
I've put the two in the picture so you can see the size difference
    fingers crossed they like them

    Thanks for that flourgirl!

It was really wierd I clicked on the link and there is picture of several women one of whom I used to be really good friends with and she's actually my DD's godmother! Sadly she drifted away from us and never really aknowledged DD after the christening and initially i tried to keep in touch and invited her over etc etc Then in the end I wrote her a note wishing her all the best for the future, explaining that it was really hard as she didn't keep in touch with DD etc etc> Now I only see her on crafty websites and occasionally on a crafty tv show or mag!!!!

Sad Story, I can sympathize with you there, the same happened to my oldest sons godparents, we found out years later that they had emigrated to South Africa and his godf shot himself. I wrote a letter with our condolences and received one back with graphic details of what happened plus was told about the new man in her life. Never bothered with her after that, so my sister said she would take over the roll as godmother. He's 33 next and I am hoping that one day he will be able to look after himself:rotfl:

I have to admit I think hubby makes more than me
I spend too much time on here, he hates computers and thinks facebook etc are a waste of time
but I can spend as much time on here as I like as I just tell him I'm 'networking ' and drumming up business :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
when really I'm talking to my friends although I'm in charge of online orders, advertising etc

have just posted some pics of the Smirk cards I've made on my blog, the lil characters are sooo cutesy :p

they are either naughty or nice themed, the nice ones would be ideal for a little girl (or big girl!) of any age, but some of the naughty ones say things like "kinky" LOL so may not be suitable for all ages ;) have just used the 'nice' ones so far!!
