melissa and bunbun2 Fantastic cards lovely papers
Is there anyone out there like me, who buys pretty papers to make things and then when it comes to cutting into them you don't really want to spoil them?
bunbun don't worry if the brads aren't straight, thats the beauty of handcrafted cards, they don't always have to be perfect.0 -
Flourgirl - you would not believe the amount of papers I have, sometimes if I am being really brave I do use some of my favourites! I recently used one of my favourite paper pads for a project and I ended up buying another set to replace the ones that I used.
Bunbun - I love your card, the bees are so cute.
Orchid - thanks I use double sided tape to stick my papers down I go through loads of it.
For anyone that's interested the papers were a basic grey set called sultry, I got a 6x6 pad from the glitter pot it was half price and cost 2.47.0 -
Melissa I have done that too. I bought a collection of 12x12 K & Co papers from Artymiss ages ago and didn't like using them for cards so went and bought the matching 6x6!!0

Flourgirl - I've got a few 12x12 packs of K and Co papers and the matching 6x6 pads, I find the smaller sheets really useful for matting and layering, then I don't have to cut into the 12x12 papers. What range was it that you got?
Minimacka - I've got that set of 12x12 papers too, they're in my Mums at the minute so I haven't seen them in the flesh yet but they look gorgeous. I've also got the 12x12 album, chipboard shapes, stickers and I bought some of the matching matting cards from ebay!!!!0 -
flourgirl mine def aren't perfect but I hope they are appreciated! (they'd better be!!)
minimacka those papers look gorgeous. look forward to seeing what you do with them...when you eventually pluck up the courage to cut them:rotfl:
